Seaforth is a beautiful British brasserie with a worldly exotic twist, inspired by Liverpool’s historical trade past. Menus have been created with global influences, offering guests colourful and inventive dishes that feature the very best of Liverpool’s connections to land and sea. The restaurant features menu highlights including the iconic Liverpool Scouse the city is famed for - lamb cooked three ways with roasted and minted potatoes, carrot and swede, red cabbage and red wine jus. All dishes will be led by the seasons, with the best of local produce used where possible.

Both breakfasts were cold and not worth the price paid! Lovely building and restaurant. Didn’t live up to expectations.

Not sure where to even start with this review. The whole experience was awful. I had a 2pm booking in a restaurant that didn’t open until 6pm!! They sat us somewhere else (Palm Court) but the restaurant I booked for Mother’s Day was closed and at no point would they accept it was their fault it was Open tables fault and of course mine! Tripadvisor has the full review but everything failed here, staff, service, menu. In fairness we had to order fish and chips as the menu was so limited (think hotel 24 hour room service menu, burgers, bolognaise, carbonara and club sandwich) but that turned out to be delicious luckily so my Mothers Day treat was not a 100% disaster despite their best efforts. How is a closed restaurant taking bookings and sending you ‘please confirm your booking’ emails and then routing you to a brasserie instead without a word of apology. It’s scandalous. Please avoid this place there are so many other nicer places locally.

I booked a meal in your Seaforth restaurant for 10th March Mother’s Day @ 13.30 , i doubled checked the booking popped into hotel two weeks before . And received a text messaged the day before to confirm booking . On arrival we were told the Seaforth restaurant didn’t open till 18.00 ! We were offered a small booth on a low table to eat in bar , eventually they gave us a table . Unfortunately as it was Mother’s Day we couldn’t get another meal as all restaurants were busy . We were very disappointed , expecting a special day only to be offered bar food . I deliberately booked from your website and arranged a few weeks before this is an annual event for my family and we’re very disappointed. The staff were very good but not what we expected, extremely disappointed Can you explain to me how this mistake happened to stop any future problems We checked booking three times only to be disappointed on the day it’s outrageous

When making booking for 4pm on Saturday for the Seaforth it wasn’t open and promptly set places for us then wasn’t Seaforth menu but the bar menu . This was for my 50th birthday with parents husband and daughter. Then didn’t have a number of items on the bar and classic menu. What we did receive was nice food but not what was supposed to be and luckily the atmosphere and setting made it pleasant. Also staff were nice but seemed inexperienced.
