The chef uses fresh ingredients and quality meats, too bad they overcooked my husband’s NY steak. Surrounding noises are loud and echoing, difficult to hear our conversations. I recommend the host should separate large party group away from the middle of the dining room.

The overall experience was decent. We were sat and waited -almost 20 min to be greeted by our server. She kept forgetting things we requested and it seemed like she was overwhelmed. Other than that, the food was good.

Buffet was really good except some items were cold (both items at carving area and French fries at kids section were really cold). Had waiter warm in microwave and everything tasted good. Desserts were exceptionally good this year compared to our previous experiences.

I wanted to have my christmas office meeting at your restaurant but I was called and told that you don't have dining service and I would not be given a table. I'm upset you didn't have dining service but I was more upset because I DIDnt get a call from the manager until the day of so I had to scramble for a place when I though the hyatt would be a safe easy space for my party. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Excellent traditional Thanksgiving buffet plus multiple desserts (apple pie, cheesecake, macarons, two brownies, cookies, and more), soup, salmon, and charcuterie options. Plus, a kids' buffet with chicken fingers and pizza and fruit. Outstanding service (Rudy is awesome!!!). A big family experience even if only a few are in your party. An outstanding option if you are not ready/able to face the cooking challenges of Thanksgiving, or if you have a mix of traditionalists, vegetarians, and squirrelly kids. We will likely be back in the years to come. Thanks to the whole Sea Root team!

Great vibe, very large bar area that was comfortably active. Appropriate live music. Dining area was very nice, just far enough away from the bar and live music that you still felt part of a busy restaurant but in an area you could have conversations as well. Food was excellent and our server was amazing. All over our questions and had spot on suggestions. Even handling a large party, we felt like her only table. Bartenders were excellent! Love our experience.
