So so bad experience…. The service was horrendous…. The waiter was so rude, they had anotjer event and practically they ran us away …. And they ask for our table …… we used to go often, but after last night's nightmare we won't be back….. It was a shameful experience.

I typically do not leave reviews but i must in this case as we were cheated on. The design is nice and personnel is friendly in general so no concern there. Food was delicious too and our server was very friendly and attentive until it got to receipt and without showing the breakdown of the bill i was asked to pay on the terminal showing just the total amount. I left 20% tip and after numerous attempts to get my receipt and finally getting it, i realized that 20% service fee (party of 4) was already included so yes we overpaid. Not ethical behaviour and customer should be able to see the bill and it should note somewhere about the service fee otherwise its a theft. I texted the restaurant through the app and nobody cared to answer.Also very noisy especially the fact that tables are so close to each other that waiters literally go behind your back bumping to it from time to time and plates with food are over your head all the time. No way to relax and actually enjoy your food.

Terrible. Very low class. Food was cold, stains on table cloths, cleaning products in the bathroom. Waitress saw something on the plate and wiped it off with her hands and still gave us the dirty plate to eat off. Also they charged for olives in our martinis. Tiny portions and under quality food. Won’t go back ever.

My salmon was too charred and had a burnt taste. My crab fried rice taste like soy sauce, not real flavors. The food was warm not hot. Shrimp Empanadas were good but didn’t appear fresh because they were soft and not crispy. The music was Spanish only with one random Megan thee stallion song and the live band in addition to the music was so loud I could her myself talk. The brunch ends and dinner starts at 4 but they told us today it was 5 because the chef was stressed. I just didn’t feel It was worth over $65, food is mid and over priced

We don’t tend to question prices when we eat out. We had a great waiter who explained the specials, and without considering the cost we ordered the Tomahawk Ribeye with two lobster tails for the table. We knew it wasn’t going to be g to be “inexpensive”, but we did expect it to be within reason. When the check showed up for $900+, I did a double take. The “special” tomahawk with two lobster tails was $500. It was absolutely delicious, the lobster tails were great…. But. $500 for a steak and 2 lobster tails is just stupid, and given the excessive price, we probably should have been informed of the price tag. We enjoyed it, we paid for it, live and learn… just didn’t appreciate the surprise. Cheers!

Was initially excited to finally come to this place but once my friend and I sat down the service was sub par. Then we ordered some HH items before we decided if we wanted to move onto entrees (keep in mind I fasted all day). We ordered hummus, oysters, beef kabobs and lobster arancini and a Lust and a Greed cocktail. The hummus was ok but they didn’t really give us enough pita bread only 3 triangles worth, the kabobs were so small and very much overcooked, the oysters were ok besides the papery stuff on the bottom of the ice that kept flying into the air and into the food. And unfortunately the arancini never came because it was taken off of the HH menu but they didn’t update their QR code to reflect that. We left and needed up going to Auden which was much more our speed with food quality and service.

It’s more of a lounge than a fine dining restaurant. The food and drinks were excellent but the music and tables are arranged like a nice lounge. It’s maybe for the younger crowd.

Man at the front desk was on drugs or alcohol or both. He was all over the place and slurring. Something waist on my table from my waiter I was moved to the next table. Man in the front took my menus and sat them at the table next to me like I wasn’t there then I asked can u have my menus back they took one off the lady table next to me which originally belong at my table mind you I had a table for two so did she we were just waiting on my guest. When my guest arrived they asked were we finished with one of our menues. It was a weird experience. They need to invest in more menus one it’s unsanitary don’t wipe them or nothing before giving them back to back to different people very unorganized for the price point. They charge a service fee of 24.00 for what I don’t know why cause the service was a 0. Then they want a tip this place is a joke. Go to Koya restaurant much better experience and live entertainment. Koya is a 10+ Se7en will never get money from me and I will let everyone I know who wants to go not to. This place in not worth the money.

It was our first time here and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The ambiance, the food, the service was great! Sebastian our waiter was very attentive to us and gave us great recommendations from the menu. He really knew his stuff. Overall 10/10, I will come again!

The restaurant advertises a show, reason why we went. There was no show. Just a regular dinner, menu is very small not a lot of variety.

Service was bad. We were seated and did not receive any service for over 30 mins after. Our food took a while to come out and we also waited a long time to receive our checks. We asked for receipts and we never received them.

This is a good restaurant with over the top service and fresh and tasty food. I suggest to request Iskender for the best service experience in town.

Hands down the BEST food AND Drinks I have had in Houston the entire 12 years I’ve lived here. We absolutely loved the drinks, they were so good, we tried almost all (5/7) of the Se7en of the deadly sins drinks. The Wagyu burger was the best well done burger, it was still so juicy. The pollo pasta was amazing! Everything was 10/10.

We tried Se7ven for the new Martini Monday. It's in a very convenient location with elevator from valet directly to the hostess desk. The drinks were amazing with great presentation. The server was very attentive. There isn't a full menu on Monday, but some of the favorites were listed. We enjoyed the Empanadas as an appetizer with a chimichurri sauce, the Pollo and Rib eye as an entree. The Pollo is actually a half a hen, so smaller than expected, but flavorful. The Dj played soft instrumental music, then about 8:30 switched to RnB. Some 90's to current 2000, but it was a good vibe for the evening. I'd go back again.

I’m so sorry. That review was for a steakhouse that we dined at prior to coming to Se7en. Se7en is excellent! Drinks were strong and flavorful. I can’t wait to come back!

Server was great and was very personable. Food came out incorrectly. Sushi was ordered as a main dish and came out early and didn’t taste good at all. It took 20 minutes for to receive my drink and it tasted horrible . When my hamburger came out it was made incorrectly. The restaurant was very clean and good music. But overall not worth the price. I would not recommend this place to anyone for a date night

We were very disappointed. Our reservation was for 7 PM, we walked in, seated, ordered cocktails and 2 apps to start. At 7:45 we were sitting there with 1 app and still had not received our drinks. The hummus was very disappointing and if that is in any way, indicative of what their food was like, then they have a lot of work to do unfortunately. We were told that they were in the works of revamping the entire menu, and when we asked for the bread service, they said it was not offered. If you’re going to revamp a menu, I do not understand why you would not continue with bread service. We were constantly looking for our waiter. The manager had walked by us, we flagged him down and told him that we would like to pay for the appetizer that’s on the table as we were leaving. He offered to take care of dinner for us, which was very nice, but we were already very frustrated and disappointed with the experience we were having, we chose to leave. Also,the time that we booked, it was stated there was going to be entertainment but sadly the said the times changed when we got there. Sadly, no entertainment is worth sitting that long and being dissatisfied with an establishment.

The place is great esthetically. The food was way below average for an upscale place. price wouldn't have been an issue if we weren't provided low quality food. we ordered hummas with naan. they brought out hummas with regular bread because they ran out and didn't think to say anything until after we brought it up. then we had steak kabobs, were brought out cold. server attempted to say we had to pay for the full meal even though we didn't even waste our time on the entree. fortunately the GM came out and understood our complaint

This place feels like someone rented space and placed domino fold out takes with white linens. One actually fell on a patron. The menu price was 125$ per person for a set Valentine’s Day menu. 250$. Which in houston you can eat at great places for that. The hummus tasted pre packaged, they drizzled honey over beets and the pita was stale. We got up and walked out. I would not recommend. The name is the only good think from this skating rink vibe.

The food was amazing! The portion size was small? I wanted more because it was so delicious.

Ridiculous service fee addition to the bill. Price gauged Valentine’s Day. Won’t be returning for this reason.

I have never had such a terrible experience with a restaurant. I placed a reservation for Valentine's Day where they advertised a 3 course meal for 2 for $100. When we got there they told us they were only serving a menu of $125 per person. I deeply regret trusting them with my Valentines plans and felt scammed that they advertised an experience and then nearly tripled the price when we got there. I also almost got hit by their valet staff who was taking a customer's vehicle for a joy ride.

It may have been just a really bad night for this restaurant. We waited over an hour for our food and it came out wrong. I didn’t mind the wait initially, but I realized the table next to us sat after us, received and ate their food, and paid their check before ours was delivered. The manager offered another cocktail in an attempt to save the experience, although nice that was not effective.
