Scotland meets Sardinia Supperclub is run by the lovely chef Luisa from her flat close the city center.
This is a new private dining concept that will see an intimate guests at Luisa ’s table to join her for a 8 course tasting menu. Chef will cook a stunning array of dishes based on the best of the season’s ingredients using Scottish British produce combinate with Sardinia ingredients.
The guests will have the chance to learn about the places and cultures that inspired Luisa in conceiving and developing her recipes.
Luisa come from Sardegna a special isle of Italy, which has always been and continues to be her main source of inspiration.
She has been working in hospitality for 17 years; she has great managerial experience in fine dining.
Regular registration as a food business,food health &safety certificate.

    We were visiting Scotland on our honeymoon, and found this unique dining spot. We were the only table that night, which for us was perfect! Luisa described each dish with such detail, I felt like I was in the kitchen watching her prepare our meal. The items sounded simple, but tasted phenomenal. Even though it is BYOB, outside of water, you can pay for a bottle of Sardinian wine through an external source, which we did at Luisa's recommendation. Several of the dishes were prepared using ingredients produced by her family. If we get a chance to go back to Edinburgh, you can bet we will be back here! A+.

    A unique private dining experience at the Chef's home! 8 courses tasitng menu that combines Sardinian tastes with Scottish flavour. Nice ambience - only 3 tables - good food - attentive service. Good price/performance. Worth the trip!

    A michelin meal at VERY affordable price. But larger portions that one would experience at most restaurants of this standard. The dishes almost got better and better - quite surprising considering it was very good from the beginning. You can bring your own wine but we chose Luisas offer, the Vermentino from Sardinia which went very well with all the fish.

    Had a really lovely evening at Luisa’s flat enjoying the wonderful Sardinian tasting menu. It was a relaxed and interesting experience tasting the different fish dishes and dessert. Each one was very flavoursome and different and all four of us thoroughly enjoyed it. Luisa was very welcoming and explained about each of the dishes and where they came from in Sardinia.

    Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Very unique. The food was nice. Some dishes were great, others I was less keen on. However, hospitality and ambience was great :) I would recommend as a unique experience.
