An invitation to our limited tranquil Omakase Sushi Bar area. Immerse yourself into an intimate experience with the chef and the exclusive drink service. Omakase begins at 5:00pm, 5:30pm, 7:30pm, and at 8:00pm.
- Omakase Bar seatings are where you can directly interact with the chefs in action right in front,
- Omakase Table seatings are cozy tables against wall where you are offered with the full omakase dishes and drinks.

If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please kindly let us know ahead of time. We will do our best to accommodate.

Hands down, the best Japanese culinary experience ever (and I've had plenty of high-end meals here in the US and in Japan) Interactive,chef-driven bar, and each course is a work of art. My favorite was a soft egg and sea urchin, warm and incredibly rich, to be slurped with a tiny Asian soup spoon. But if you go tonight, some other little gem will blow you away. There were three couples at our seating, plus the host and chef. We all bonded immediately and, for the next 90 minutes, pretended we were guests in the home of our Japanese host. The website has a good overview of how the menu is constructed, but of course, the details will be unique to your experience. The table-tasting menu part of the restaurant was dark, so I can't comment on that. The bar service was just right. It's pricey but not outrageous.

This was one of the best Omakase experiences I have ever had. From the service to the chef to the food everything was absolutely amazing! Worth trying for sure. I had a lovely time speaking with the chef during the meal. I will definitely be back.

Great experience. Was a wonderful evening. Keep in mind the “experience” dinner will take a good hour and a half.

If you want one of the best experiences of food, service and overall ambience, please make a point of visiting Sato Omakase. The amount of preparation and passion the Chef puts into each 'course' is outstanding. I "lucked" into finding Sato Omakase a couple of months ago. Now it's my go-to place for special occasions. Highly recommended.

Came for the Omakase experience. It was amazing and I’m looking forward to coming back. I loved that they had a separate room formt be main restaurant for the Omakase diners. The food and service was exceptional. We had a host guide us through the evening’s meal. Waters were constantly being refilled and finished plates were removed timely. Our host recommended great sakes to complement our meal. The only thing I wished they had was a sake pairing. I like to have different sakes during my meal. It’s harder to try different ones in glass sizes. I’ve tried a lot of Omakases and this ranks up there in my top 3. The food was all delicious. My favorites surprisingly were the shima aji, lean tuna that melted in my mouth, the salmon, and the uni nigiri. The panna cotta dessert was great too. My husband ordered the uni bowl supplement and loved it. I didn’t have room for the supplements but wished I did. Highly recommend any sushi lover to dine here.
