Sandro's, a cherished family-run establishment, offers an authentic Roman dining experience. Chef Sandro Fioriti crafts timeless Roman dishes, while his wife Anna and son Sandro Jr. oversee the restaurant's day to day operations. Eschewing flashy decor and modern tunes, Sandro's ambiance transports guests to Italy, with its traditional cuisine and exclusively Italian wine selection, constantly evolving to delight wine enthusiasts.

Great neighborhood restaurant. Food was really good,service was outstanding and it was not noisy. A really perfect meal.

Had an amazing dinner. Only reason its not 5 stars is because we sat at the bar. Will be back with a reservation for a table soon!

Our first time @ Sandros and we were very impressed. The first thing to notice is how quiet it is (in comparison to other UES restaurants), even with a pretty full house. The staff was polite and attentive. Everyone loved what they ordered -- the tuna carpaccia and veal al limone were both excellent. The breadsticks, made in-house, were completely addictive. And unlike a lot of other small Italian restaurants in the area, they served delicious lemon cookies and a small grappa after the meal, nice touches. Look forward to coming back. The wine list is extensive, but not expensive, and the Super Tuscan recommended by the server was moderately priced and excellent.
