1.5 hour wait. Food was too cold. Eggs Benedict had been sitting under the lamp for so long that the yolk had set. Terrible experience.

I just dined with two of my friends at this restaurant. We are here from out of town and this place came highly recommended. First I will say that, when we finally got our food, it was very good. However, we had a 630 reservation and at 8 o’clock we still did not have our food. It took quite a while just to get a drink order, and then to get the app that we ordered for the table. It was quite evident that there were not enough servers, and that the kitchen was backed up. When I asked our server how many people had called out, he replied that they were down to three and that they had two big parties inside. We watched three tables outside waiting for 10-15 minutes and then leave because no one had attended to them . Not even a glass of water or a menu. And then, to top it off, one of our party had a bill that was incorrect and had to go inside to debate so that she could get it corrected. As far as value for the dollar, the 3 scallops were exorbitantly priced at just under $50. Like I said, the food was very tasty. The rest of it not so much. Quite disappointing.

We were there celebrating our anniversary and picked that night because Stacy Mitchhart was going to be performing there. As parents of a child with special needs, we don’t get out much as just the two of us, so it was such a refreshing experience and much needed. Our waitress, Hailey, was top notch. She was incredibly friendly, had a smile that would light up a room, anticipated our needs, and is who I would want every time I come back. I would highly recommend the beignets. First, it was beautifully plated and looked so appealing. They tasted cheesy and savory. The little things you wouldn’t pay much attention too were some of the highlights of the dish. The balsamic vinegar that was on top was amazing, probably the best I’ve ever had. The jalapeño and basil oil mixture below was just splendid, reminding me of my Grandma’s hot pepper jelly with basil coming in on the backend for that pop of freshness. I didn’t leave any on the plate they were THAT good. Everything else we had was phenomenal, the shrimp and crab bisque, the pork chop, the scallops, and the cheesecake sopapilla. I would highly recommend for a date night or a night out and you want some good food in an adult atmosphere with some good music.

It was an older crowd that I wasn’t expecting. The food was very yummy and service was great. Music was not country and I am sure it changes nightly but it was more of a jazz club feel. Not the vibe I was looking for as a tourist on a Friday night.

Went for brunch on a Friday and sat outside on the patio. Service was great and the food was awesome! The crab dip appetizer I could have eaten with a spoon! Will be back.

We were on balcony and our waiter like was a tribute to customer service. His suggestions for drinks and food were perfect. Our entrees came and were a bit dry as there was a large function which stretched the kitchen to its limits! Like took our dishes back and made sure the entrees were as we requested! He is an amazing waiter and passionate about making sure customers are treated the best!

I think the tables are to close together. I felt people next to us were staring at our food & trying to listen to our conversation. The back of chairs are in the face of other people. You can't manuver around to get up.

Fantastic food and service! Will definitely be back. Our only question was, why they add a $5 entertainment charge per person to the bill. The food is great, but the prices should cover the need for the entertainment charge.

Friend recommended. Very disappointing.. we were excited to hear Blues but only heard 10 min as we got there just before a break. What we heard of music was great. Service was good. Husband got the salmon which was good. I had some challenges with my order and the waiter did remove one of the items. Food came out quickly so we were finished before the next music set started. We were also seated in the corner booth and the seating area was dimly lit with poor viewing to see the band. Just an ‘off’ experience most certainly. Will not return to this spot.

Food was good. Service was excellent, loved our sever. My snapper was smothered in onion straws for $52. Presentation was not great but tasted good and was cooked perfect. Service was spot on. For the prices, they should step up the presentation of plates. The first thing you do is see the plate.

The server was excellent. The food was very good. The atmosphere was absolutely perfect for celebrating a retirement and birthday. Probably the highlight of the evening was the entertainment, it was beyond our expectations. Overall, a classy great place to spend an evening.

I have been going to Sambuca for years. I have always included it as one of my favorite restaurants. Not anymore! I was extremely underwhelmed. I don't mind paying $100 for dinner when it is good. I also picked up my mom's dinner so it was $200 we didn't even have alcohol. So to spend $200 on dinner and it was just ok... sucks!

Came here for the live music which was great. Food and drinks overpriced for what they were. With a live band we were expecting a more lively and fun atmosphere which was not there. Unfortunately we were disappointed.

Place was nice. It was a little dark inside at the time I went which was at 5:30pm. The service was good but the food was not good for the cost that was charged.

The food was good (especially their Mac and Cheese) and the service was excellent! The drink that I ordered was more ice than drinks and that was very disappointed, especially for the price. Other than that, overall experience was good.

Server was GREAT! Live Music was great! Food was great! My only complaint, bathroom downstairs, I am 7 months pregnant and it was challenging for me, I was out of breath walking up and down. This is our dating/wedding anniversary/last trip before the baby! Will return when in Nashville again.

We really liked food! Our service was fantastic!! Only one think we didn’t like - espresso martini was awful. This is my favorite drink and I understand that it could be variable, but this time it tasted like liquid after dirty dishes. We didn’t sent it back, because didn’t want to upset our waitress, but bartender should work on it.

Luke saved our evening! We had a late reservation and there was some miss communication about who was going to be our server. We waited an extended amount of time but when Luke realized what happened, he quickly rectified the situation and was amazingly helpful. 5 star customer service by him! Our food was exceptionally good however we only had appetizers and dessert. Do yourself a favor and save room for the sticky caramel bread pudding. There were no crumbs left on the plate after.

We had an amazing time! Michelle had a great experience on her 60th birthday. Our server was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was off-the-charts delicious, and cooked to perfection! The music was great, just wish they would have sung Happy Birthday to Michelle before we left. We had requested it, but when I went to ask them again they were taking a break. He said they would do it their next set but we were already leaving. Other than that everything was amazing!!!

A friend of mine highly recommended Sambuca for my visit to Nashville. We were a large party celebrating 2 big birthdays. Our server Brittany was most helpful and attentive to our needs. The food was delicious as well. The entertainment that evening was wonderful. A great time was had by all. Looking forward to coming back to Sambuca on our next trip to Nashville.

The food and drinks were delicious. I had the snapper which had great flavor. Really enjoyed the jazz band. And our server, Haley was outstanding. Really glad we came here!
