Hello Everyone my name is Kiki and I come from a family background of restaurant entrepreneurs, this is my husband's and I second Italian Restaurant, Benny is the Chef and owner as well, he migrated to the United States when he was 13 and worked under the best Italian Chefs in New York City. So we are bringing Chicago and New York Dishes to your backyard. This restaurant we wanted it to make you feel as if you were dinning in the streets of Italy, with our cement floors to the hanging trees to the brick walls. Our dishes our truly one of a kind, the Chicken Parmigiana is to die for, Sea Bass is to live for, and the Chocolate Cake is to fall in love with. Your really in for a treat, come check us out you will not be disappointed..

This was our fourth visit and it was as yummy as always. Our server, Alle, was superb with just the right amount of attention and charm. The ravioli and pasta puttanesca were delicious!

A great choice for local dining. Very good pastas and salads…some seafood and steaks too. Full bar with decent wine list too. Rey friendly service.

I had the Aribiata. It was delicious. My husband had the chicken Marsala and said he liked it as well. Overall great place, good food, and good price point

This was our first time at Salute and we will definitely be back. Our server was fabulous and our meals were great. The atmosphere is nice, relaxed, and friendly. the noise level was perfect, lively but you could still have a conversation at your table. Wine selection is good, the red sauce is great and the portions are generous. I wouldn't recommend it for kids, more of adult dining - which makes it more enjoyable for everyone.

They were very accommodating and sat us quickly. There’s a patio and a large room with tables. Our server was very good and helpful. My mushroom ravioli came as a smaller plate but was plenty of food. It would have been very good but I could hardly eat it due to so much salt and powdery parmesan. Others got beef bolognese and it was great. The meatballs were also excellent. The dessert menu was very good. The chocolate cake and key lime pie were top! Oh the espresso martini was fantastic! Suggestions - improve sangria, offer better wine selections (none of us found a wine we liked) otherwise we loved it! Cheers!

All four choices were superb: Chicken Marsala, Chicken Picatta, Cheese Ravioli, and Lasagna. Greeter and server were friendly and knowledgeable with sound suggestions for favorites. The chef (and owner) made rounds to tables to check satisfaction levels. Great touch. We'll return for sure.

This is a neighborhood gem. I've been 3 times and each time had a different entree. They all were delicious. Recently, I had the primavera and added protein. The vegetables were fresh and delicious without the heaviness of a fatty sauce. The owner and his wife are very friendly and they make sure to talk to everyone there.

The new interior is great. High back cushioned booths surround. All cushioned chairs with interior tables. Soft music. Attractive bar area. Very pleasant wait staff. Very good food. We had a great evening.

What another fantastic Frisco find! We felt very welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. We have twin little ones that can throw a wrench into a restaurants capabilities at times, but Salute was prepared and so helpful. Tyler was our server and he was fantastic from start to finish. 5 stars on the kids ravioli and meatballs. Same for the Crab Cake, Caesar Salad, Chicken Parm, and Rigatoni Arrabbiata. Management came by many time to check on us and our little ones. Nothing but amazing things to say about our experience. We will be back soon.

We had an amazing dinner. The food was the best Italian we have had in ages and the service was impeccable. Great selection of wines and the desserts were phenomenal as well. Will definitely be back!

This is the 3rd time we have eaten here and once again it was perfect! Every dish we try is always amazing and the wine is good too! We had Tyler as our server and he was perfect! So kind too! Best Italian food!!

This is our fifth or sixth time to be there. The food has always been great. Plus the service is great. Tyler was our server and we had him the time before and he remembered both my name and my wife’s. We have not been disappointed yet.

This is a unicorn of restaurants in a suburban sea of chain mediocrity. Growing up in Dallas, but now living in the northern suburbs, I have learned to temper my expectations of Chef quality food and especially service while dining in Plano or Frisco. Excellent dining is rarely to be expected north of Dallas. Salute shows it can be done. You can hire staff to provide personable and proficient dining service and provide chef prepared foods. Everyone seem to take an interest in the quality of our experience, from the waiter and all of his assistants and coworkers. We also received visits from the chef and a woman who I assumed was an owner. The chicken dish my friend had was very good. I had the lobster ravioli, which was very fresh and flavorful. We had salads, cocktails from the bar and we’re impressed by their house made desserts. Do not be thrown off by the generic two dimensional signage or the strip mall curb appeal. We received excellent and attentive service from my genuinely kind waiter named Tyler. I felt confident in his recommendations and knowledge of the menu. His recommendations were on point. I plan to go back and introduce others to this gem of a restaurant. I understand they plan to open more locations further north, which makes sense since they have a winning formula. I hope they are able to effectively replicate the food and experience at this location, but it felt well attended like a chef owned restaurant. It’s a difficult experience to scale, but I wish them the best of luck in their growth.

Salute is a great place from the time you sit down till you leave! Everything is top shelf and wonderful. The service is spectacular and personal visits to each table by the owner/chef makes you know they strive for excellence. Highly recommend trying if you are looking for a great Italian dinner in the Frisco area.

This was our first visit to Salute and will not be our last. We were impressed with the service and the food was outstanding. We were too full to try dessert but all looked delicious. Will definitely be back and maybe to try patio dining.

Lovely restaurant providing amazing authentic Italian dishes and desserts. The owner/chef came to the table table to check on our experience and helped us pick out desserts as well. The server was friendly and efficient. We will definitely be repeat customers!

This was our second visit and very enjoyable. Caesar salad, chicken marsala, pasta puttanesca, and tiramisu for dessert were all yummy! A complimentary bread selection with olive oil dipping saucer is a great touch. Very nice wine list also. We will definitely come back!

Everyone that worked there was so friendly! We were a party of 7 and our whole group enjoyed everything. Best Ceasar salad that I’ve had in a long time! Would definitely go back!!!

This is a family owned restaurant and has been open a few months. It has wonderful authentic Italian food made from scratch. We have been several times and each time I try a different entree. So far, they are all my favorites. It is fun, relaxing atmosphere, not stuffy with wonderful service. I just can’t say enough about this place. The portions are generous and the price is reasonable. Cute bar. They also have a nice patio.

This restaurant is truly a treat. The food is wonderful. I had sea bass and my husband had pasta chicken bowl. We split a Caesar salad which was also wonderful! The service is consistently very good. The owner Benny always comes to check on us. I highly recommend this very good casual restaurant. Good wine list too!

Eating here is like a family dinner. The minute you walk in you feel welcome. The owners talk to every guest several times. If that isn’t enough the food is amazing!!! From the bread all the way to dessert, everything has such a personal touch! Go there, try everything! You can thank me later!! Salute!

Our experience at Salute was wonderful. There were 7 of us and we all loved our food. The service was wonderful. Tyler was our waiter and he was friendly and efficient. The chef came out to check on us, which is always a very nice touch. We tried two of their house made desserts; the Chocolate Cake and the Carrot Cake, both we delicious. But, that chocolate cake was so decadent! Loved it! We are planning on returning to try other things on the menu!

Excellent dining experience from start to finish. The serving staff was knowledgeable about the menu and offered their recommendations when asked. BTW they were right about their opinions. Salads were huge and extremely delicious. Parmesan and olive oil plated for the bread served was great. We had the Tereasa and the Lobster Ravioli and it was excellent. We also shared a bottle of Chianti and it was superb. We finished the meal with a Tiramisu and dessert I can not remember name, but it was a pastry under pineapple ice cream. Both were delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a great meal and wonderful atmosphere.
