On Okanagan Lake's beach front, Salty's offers uninterrupted views of the valley on two patios, an
energetic atmosphere in our second floor bar, the Black Pearl, and an exciting family experience in the dining room and lower lounge. Thank you for booking your table with Saltys. When you arrive for your reservation, please check in at the front door. We are following all restrictions set out by the Provincial Health Officer. As of September 13th, proof of vaccination will be required from all guests 12 and older. Please be prepared to show both your BC Vaccine Card and government issued photo ID. We booked on a Friday late afternoon for my parents birthdays, they're both in their 80s and some mobility issues. Our server was great and made sure we were satisfied with the table. He got us our beverages and menues and answered a couple of questions. 3 of the people at our table had the 6oz sirloin steak. Cooked as asked, tender, mom loved it 😊. I had fishermans pot, it was tasty and full of flavour. The fish and seafood was tender. There was also key lime pie and chocolate cake. Both were nice. The noise level was not bothersome, everyone could carry on a conversation. Mostly, for me, it was the service. He was available but not interrupting a lot, he was so kind to my parents ... mom was like "such a nice young man". On special occasions, like a birthday, the quality of service can make or break that person's special day. Moms and dads day was splendid. Thank you.

There needs to be more soft serphases in the building it was so loud. We also ordered two steaks that were barley seasoned and the potatoes were bland. Waste of money.

We went with a group before the concert . Two orders of wings were both undercooked and for 19.75 for an order is an absolute rip off !!!! The meatballs were ice cold the Parmesan on top wasn’t even melted !! 17.50 for a double Caesar wow you guys are completely out to lunch with your prices !!! The only good part was our server she was amazing!! We definitely won’t be going back this place has gone downhill for quality and BRUTAL PRICES !!!!

I’m really disappointed with my experience. We went for my husbands birthday and it started off really nice with Tony as our server. We ordered the vegan poke bowl and the mussels- my husband wanted fries but Tony raved about how good the baguette was so he chose to get the baguette. When our food came the rice of my poke bowl was either the bottom of the pot or very raw- either way it was extremely crunch and very unpleasant. The baguette tony advestised was a warmed up grocery store dinner bread that was very underwhelming. I told the server about my bread and apologized a bunch, I told him I knew it wasn’t his fault I wasn’t mad but could I get new rice on the side or something. He insisted on making me a new bowl and assured me the poke bowl would not show up on the bill. He returned with a new poke bowl after my husband was done his meal. He gave me the bowl left and then quickly came back as he realized he gave me a tuna poke bowl instead of a vegan poke bowl. I didn’t want to waste more food so I said it was fine and began to eat. Once the rice was cooked the bowl did taste good. When the bill showed up the poke bowl was on the bill at full price and my husband I were very confused as tony assured us it would not be on the bill? Then Tony explained it was simply that the inedible poke bowl would not be on the bill?? What?? Of course it couldn’t be?? Just a really weird experience and so disappointing to eat separately and I’m happy to pay for my food that I eat but it just made it so incredible awkward and we left feeling sick from the original rice and just an overall really unpleasant experience.

Went to Saltys for the first time last night. Service was great from host station to paying for our bill. All the staff were pleasant and inviting. Our server was great, she was knowledgeable about the menu and was able to answer our questions about various dishes easily. We were just a bit disappointed with the portion sizes for the cost. The value wasn’t there for meal sizes. We would recommend this establishment is probably better for most if you’re looking for drinks and appys instead of a full meal.

we were first in at 11am on a Sunday. Waitress was obviously not used to being up at that time, but was pleaseant enough and as the meal went on became friendly and sociable. Will do it again, but probably reserve for 11:30

Our birthday party of mainly 9 year old girls had a great time and were treated very kindly. A large party with relatively inexpensive orders (aka no booze) could have been seen as a nuisance, but the server was professional and courteous. The XL double booth was awesome. Thanks for the fun evening!

If you want to go out for salad, THIS IS THE PLACE! So grateful to be able to eat healthy while eating delicious food. So many great salads!!!! Also, the Chicken Parmesan is the best my husband has ever had!

We come here often and the service was great as usual but the fish tacos were very very salty. We did let our server know but I won’t order them again and they are one of my favourite things on the menu.

Great spot for a family get together. Fun atmosphere and enjoyable food. The service was spot on and the location, even though it wasn’t the busy summer beach season, was comfortable and well appointed.

Wonderful staff and food. We were seated close to the entrance door and did find it cold while customers were coming and going. Overall it was a great meal and friendly service. We will be back.

Have eaten here several times before, usually pretty good but not last night.....food quality very poor, will not be going back.

Food was ok - had the steak and frites-steak somewhat chewy - fish and chips nothing special- the setting was nice on the water - view lovely

The seafood curry bowl was delicious… and the scallop starter was great as well… very disappointed that they don’t have calamari

Had fish and chips with salad substitute for chips. Never have I ever seen a smaller piece of fish. The salad which I believe cost me 2.50 extra to exchange for the chips was way overdressed and swimming in dressing……it was also the smallest salad I have ever seen. Went back the next day (only because a friend invited me) and had the scallops and pita bread. Both our pita’s were badly charred. Been to Salty’s plenty of times before that but will not go back again.

Reserved a table for 4 adults. Welcomed at the reception but had to waited 10 minutes for server. The restaurant was almost full and little bit noisy. Food was good and overall it was fine with good service.

Good location on waterfront with lots of views, ambience and table options are great. The food is delicious however had some issues with temperature of some dishes being cold, and burger was bland. Fisherman's pot seafood was delightful.
