The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars across the board was due to the service timing. We received our salads and within 5 minutes our main meal arrived. Felt kind of rushed even though the restaurant wasn’t busy.

Great experience, waiter Noah was friendly and helpful. Steak was prepared perfectly and very tasty. Overall, it was a great experience.

The food was delicious! The manager checked in with us several times to make sure we were happy. My baked potato came out hard and she had it replaced right away. We will be back.

Our waiter waiter was amazing and he helped us pick out gluten-free options but the gluten-free specific menu needs to be updated some but we found something that worked well for my dates gluten-free allergens with the help of the chef and waiter for a substitute witj the chicken Laredo where they did grilled chicken strips instead of the gluten marinade chciken for the dish and she enjoyed it. Over all it went really good!

My wife and I went there at the request of a guest for our guest’s birthday. We looked at the menu online and didn’t have a great expectation. To our surprise, our server and food were excellent, better than most restaurants and equal to some of the best. We will definitely go back. The only downside was that the background music was too loud.

Our server was great. But the kitchen and bar were a bit off. My drink was incorrect and other servers tried to give us several other meals. The food we ordered was great and hot when it arrived. In their defense, I witnessed a party of thirty holding cakes check in with no reservation. So there’s that. They’ve been great before and we’ll be back.

We had a reservation when we got there. They told us they couldn’t take us for an hour and a half past when we had a reservation for the only option we had was to sit at the bar or a high top table. We ordered an appetizer that never got delivered, but it wasn’t on the Bill so that was fine. The waitress was kind attentive except for the missed appetizer. The carrot cake was the best carrot cake I’ve ever eaten….truly! This restaurant is in the middle of a mall. Portion sizes are small for the cost, but the steak was delicious as well.

We had reservations for 730 but had to wait 30 minutes before we got our table. About 15 minutes in, I politely enquired about the status of our table. The three people at the front desk were not receptive and did not apologize. They seemed annoyed that I asked the question so it was not a great interaction.

We’ve been here several times now. Love the food. They cook steaks to the correct temp. The service is not bad. But not a great environment to talk. The music and general noise level is really high.

Great server- food wasn’t what it was before and portions were not as great as we remember. Server was fantastic as stated but great service needs to be combined with great food that isn’t overcooked and essentially burnt as well as dry and way too salty. Unfortunately we don’t plan to return.

Our server was terrific with checking on us that we had everything we need. Food was great except one meal the fries were not hot. I had the sirloin and was impressed with the thickness and flavor. A few of us got alcoholic drinks and the size and taste of the drinks were good. I would definitely recommend this place!

The bartender was an absolute doll!!! The bread was phenomenal and the food was out of this world!!! The drinks were so good!!! You must get the Pomegranate Mohito!!! So yummm Others in my group loved the Bloody Marys!!

I don’t know if it was an off night or what, but we ordered apps and drinks pretty quickly and the apps came pretty quickly….then the server disappeared for about 40 minutes. The fried pickles were tasty but the salt shaker got away from someone as there were large clumps of salt. My daughter over salts everything and even she was brushing it off. Our food was okay, nothing spectacular but I wouldn’t turn my nose up at it. The service set it all back though. We probably would have had a few rounds of drinks and maybe even a dessert but either the kitchen was just miles behind and understaffed or the server was out of her league. The set gratuity for a party of 6 was a surprise but I left it as is. I wouldn’t go out of my way to return.

Saltgrass Steakhouse may be our new favorite restaurant. We’ve been there twice now and both times the food was incredibly good at a price that is much more reasonable than high priced steak houses. The country music can be a little loud but we were able to talk around a table of 8. But they can cook steaks like they are supposed to be - warm red center for medium rare, etc.

We had a party of 8, and the steaks were cooked unevenly between multiple parties. Some were undercooked, some overcooked, some correct. The biggest surprise was a porterhouse with one side nearly raw and one side medium. The sides were a mixed bag as well, green beans were good, the brad was nothing special, the rice was below average.

The food was excellent, the waiter (Paris) was helpful and knowledgeable. He was attentive but not annoying. The managers checked in and made sure we were satisfied. The restaurant was clean, so were the Restrooms. Overall a very pleasant experience and not the last time eating there!

We made reservations before our show at the Opry and our experience was nothing short of spectacular! We were seated immediately upon arrival even though we were a few minutes early. Our waiter was extremely helpful in going over the menu and giving suggestions. The food was excellent as well. We had such a great time at Saltgrass & look forward to dining with them again in the future!

Food was fantastic and high quality. Very happy with that aspect of the dining experience. However, we had advanced reservations and were told the only available seating was in the bar area at a "high top". We did not want to sit in that area for Valentine's Day but were told "that was it" so we relented. But of course, I watched every other party come in and get seated in the main dining area. And I overheard the host/hostess personnel as well as other customers walking in that they were seating walk-ups before those with reservations if they had been waiting long. Not happy about that! And their frozen coke and crown royal machine was iced up and my wife didn't get her replacement drink until she was half-way through the main course. Attention to details people!
