Service was solid. Wife's Ribeye was significantly undercooked. They did however rectify. We also placed a to-go order and they forgot to include the salad that went with the meal. A bit disappointing as this is one of our favorite places to dine.

have eaten at many Saltgrass steakhouses in Texas. By far this was the worst food yet received. I ordered Pat's 12 0z ribeye and wife has soup and salad combo. My steak was at least 1/2 fat and gristle and wife's soup came out luke warm. Soup was returned to the kitchen. I mentioned to server the poor quality of my steak and he sent Manager to our table. Manager saw at least 1/2 of my steak cut up to be discarded and told me she wished she had seen it sooner so something could have been done. Duh??????? I will not return to this Saltgrass location.

Had amazing night with my boyfriend for Valentines Day, our waitress was great to us and we had a great time. I was disappointed when they ran out of baked potatoes but still had some really good steak and potatoes.

Food was good as always, service was definitely an issue. We were brought drinks by one server who then notified us that she would not be our server for the night, they also didn’t provide us with any straws or utensils. Then she disappeared and the new server was no where to be found, after about 7 minutes our waiter showed up to take our order. We had to ask for bread to be brought because he wasn’t aware none had been brought over by the original waiter. Next ,because we had no utensils, when he brought out the salads we couldn’t eat them. I got up to use the restroom and when I came back I was informed the waiter hadn’t showed back up. We sat there for about 10 minutes before the waiter showed up and told him we needed utensils. He then asked if the other waiter had brought any, they didn’t and it should’ve been obvious. Then shortly after, the main food came out, we had no time left to eat the salads.

As usual, the service and food was very good. My husband had the bacon wrapped fillet, which was cooked perfectly and seasoned well, as usual. I had the salmon which nine times out of 10 is excellent. Seasoned very well and cooked just the right amount. But this time it had a strange seasoning on it, which was a little sweet… Teriyaki maybe? Which I don’t like. It was also dried out. It wasn’t awful, just not as great as it usually is. (And certainly better than I could make myself!) It will not stop us from returning. Our waiter was excellent. Food was served hot and the salads were good.

We had a delicious meal with a fantastic server, Tamiyah! She was extremely attentive, cheerful and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a better server. Our food was so delicious! We really enjoyed a wonderful meal. The staff was very nice and all were cheerful from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. We will definitely look forward to returning.

We had a delicious dinner and a very enjoyable time. The quality of the meat and the seafood was excellent. The service was impeccable. The atmosphere was very welcoming. We will return for sure.

It was ok but I prefer the Longhorn Steakhouse better because it was a notch higher. We didn’t get the booth we wanted so we were bummed because we requested a booth. Then the steak t bone was well done and we asked Medium. Oh well it was good but not going back.

We usually have great food experiences at Saltgrass. This time the Sirloin was a big disappointment and the Pork Chops just ok. Our server was fantastic, we were seated in a booth in a quieter area as requested. Hopefully it was an off night for the cooks.

Steak was great as were the sides and salad. The ribs were over cooked and in fact one rib bone was served off the half rack and no meat on it. Very disappointing. Fried shrimp were chewy. Grilled shrimp were fantastic. Very inconsistent.

First - we were told we would have to wait 35 mins for a table without a reservation. Went to Open Table and made a reservation. We were seated in 15 mins of making the reservation. In total got a table in 20 minutes. WHY? It is important to note, the restaurant was only about 1/2 full. Second - we were seated by the kitchen. Third - the service was slow. The table next to us, who was seated at least 10 minutes after us, were served quickly - they got their food at least 20 minutes before we were served. They were a table of 3 and we were a table of 2. WHY? Fourth - the food was overcooked. Fifth - there was a lot of noise. I am not sure if the child who was screaming every 2 - 3 minutes had a mental disorder or if her parents were deaf or what - but it made it difficult to enjoy the evening. Sixth - compared to a Katy TX location, the Bee Cave TX location was abysmal. We will not go back.

As usual our dinners were very good. We had salmon and two steaks. Caesar salad’s, baked potatoes, and brussels sprouts. Usually, the baked potatoes are excellent but this time they were only fair. Everything else was very good. The service was excellent.

Overall not a bad place. By reading the reviews, people’s past experience and menu I was thinking this place was a bit more elegant. Still not a bad place and nice for a fancier family dinner with little kids. Portion sizes are pretty small for price which is why it lost a star. Food was similar to Texas road house so nothing out of the ordinary that made it stand out. Still a good place to try.

Frozen Margarita machine was broken. Got charged for a bottle of wine vs. just a small glass. Took a bit longer for the food to come out than in the past, but the food was quite good.

We have been well pleased when eating here before and were not disappointed. Kat was our server and she strongly represents the appeal of this restaurant in terms of personality, knowledge, and attention to detail. Both of us had center-cut filets and both were done to perfection, as was our complete meal. We will definitely be back.

We went to Saltgrass for Father's Day, it was very busy so I gave a lot of grace for how long it took to get all of our drinks and food out. Our reservations were for 6pm and we left at 8:30pm. The food was excellent. Drinks from the bar were great. Service was a little less than adequate. The manager did walk around to tables to apologize for the waits and offered coupons for complimentary appetizers in the future. That was a nice gesture.

We were a group of 15 of different ages. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Our waitress was so courteous and efficient. The quality of food was very good and for a large group, everyone was served at the same time with food temperatures excellent. I would definitely recommend Saltgrass!

Granted it was mother's day but all of our food was mediocre. I had the filet with mashed potatoes. The potatoes were cold and old. The filet was a poor cut. Drinks were tasteless, soup was less than warm but not ice cold. Kinda sad.

Filet was ordered Medium and was delivered less than rare so had to send a back. It came back with a smell and taste of acrid ash or smoke. I couldn’t finish it. I won’t be coming back.
