The Modern Kitchen + Bar is located at 243rd and Dodge on the west side of A View West Shores. Salted EDGE features a large indoor/outdoor patio bar with a lakeside view. It offers guests chef-driven table-side experiences, craft cocktails, the area’s most complete, hand-selected wine list, occasional live music, and party room options.

I truly enjoyed the place. I love the vibe and the ambience. I was equally pleased with our waitress as she was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, we received our meals at different times. No one at the table received anything at the same time that was a bit frustrating. Not only did we not receive our mail at the same time… The timeframe was stretched over an hour. No one outside of our waitress acknowledge this mishap. We also received items that we did not order.

Salted Edge does not disappoint. The food is top notch and the service is amazing. What a hidden gem! Looking forward to summer and experiencing the patio vibe!

Food was excellent as well presentation. A little pricey so be prepared for a jolt to your wallet. Tables were a little too close. Would be cool to go when the weather breaks because of it being on lake.

Very cool setting. Staff was very efficient, food was very good(Buffalo sliders, the burger, charcuterie board, roeasted Brussels sprouts, buffalo bolognese). A Manhattan was 20 dollars, that is an airport price. Will go back, but order a beer!!

Best oysters in Omaha. Everything on the menu is amazingly yummy. Add in extraordinary service every visit makes Salted Edge a favorite and one of the best restaurants in the area.

We went for our Anniversary dinner and everything was top notch. Sophia was our waitress and beyond knowledgeable about all of the wine and food. Highly recommend for any celebration!

Service and food was amazing! The Browned Butter Old Fashioned, was spectacular! For apps we started with the Brussels Sprouts and Bread Board, would highly recommend both. We shared the Wasabi Caeser Salad among the 6 of use, which was perfect for our table with everything else we ordered. My sister and I shared the Braised Short Ribs, fabulous. My mom had the scallops, very good. My husband had the salmon, also very good. My nephew and brother-in-law shared the bone in ribeye, which was great. For a side they got the mashed potatoes, which my nephew could not get enough! For dessert we spurleged and got all three options since we were celebrating my mom's 80th birthday. The bourbon cake was so good! I wanted more, but I was so full! the pistachio creme brulee was spot on. The only thing I didn't like was the chocolate donut, but my nephew loved it, and I am not a big chocolate person. Austin was our server, and he was great. Explained everything to a T and gave great recommendations. Overall, I would go back all the time, but it is a bit on the pricey side. My only complaint is I thought the music was a little loud for the room we were in, at times I felt like we were yelling over it.

The Salted Edge is an excellent place to celebrate any occasion with friends or family!! We ordered the cheese board to start and it was amazing. Cocktails were top shelf. Our server Sami was wonderful. We selected the filet mignon and lobster tail special which was excellent. The scallops were so delicious. We were celebrating a birthday and the dessert was over the top. We were definitely impressed with the experience at Salted Edge!!!

The food was great. The service was very good in some respects, very friendly and knowledgeable, but maybe just a little bit slow. I felt like we spent quite a bit of time waiting. We may have come on a bad night, or just a little unlucky on the seating, but it was loud in the area where we were seated. It sounded more like a bar than a place to have a nice meal. We were expecting a little more for the price point, but we will likely try again at some point. I know you can't judge a place on a single experience.

The food preparation was beautifully prepared and elegantly presented. The bread board was a great starter with the different types of bread and butters. Very unique and interesting flavors. The Mahi Mahi was delicious and well prepared over the black rice and mangos. I enjoyed every bite. The Lobster Mac N Cheese could use larger bites or lobster. Very hard to find the lobster in the dish. Having lived on the East coast for 5 years you enjoy your seafood flavors in the food. The braised short rib flavors were very good with the jalepeno pancake. The service was very on par, helpful and answered all questions. No dishes left empty on the tables for very long. Everyone was nice and welcoming. My two biggest complaints which are minor. The noise level was out of control. My husband wears hearing aides and almost impossible to have a conversation. Large parties mixed with couples not a good combo for date night. Second, my lemon drop martini came out half full. A bit disappointing but not a major concern. I don’t mind paying for a full glass. I do think we will enjoy the summer dinners by the lake. Overall 4.5 out 5 stars.

It was amazing. Had the crispy shrimp deviled eggs for an app and the Farho salmon for main course. My friend had the short rib French onion soup and commented that French onion soup should be served no other way. For his main he went with the cauliflower steak which was also off the charts delish. But what made the evening AWESOME was our server and the staff. They were attentive, relaxed, perfect in every way. I cannot wait to go back!!

Every time we come here the food is fantastic and the service is superior! The short rib, French onion, soup is phenomenal! One of my favorite restaurants in town. Keep up the great work.

First time there. We enjoyed it and will definitely go back. To us, a special occasion place as it is somewhat pricey for our part of the world but the food, etc. was very good.

Only open ~5 months and it did not disappoint! Creative cocktails (friends had the Blu-ti-mule and Winter streetcar) and great food . Our group shared brussel sprouts, bread board (OMG good) and 2 pizzas-the margarita and wild mushroom/truffle. All were excellent!

The service and attention to detail was impeccable. There was always an employee walking by to check up on you or to clear a plate. Food was great, we had the braised short rib, bread board, and ribeye. We will have to come a different day to order different things to try. Noticed a lot of people ordering the devil eggs with shrimp, we were envious.

The food was amazing! Portions were just right! We were with a party of 6 and tried the Brussel sprouts, Bread Board and deviled egg appetizers! Loved all of them! My Salmon was cooked to perfection! The ambience was great however we were seated at the large long table that was right next to the kitchen and it was terribly loud and the table was so big we couldn’t talk to our other guests which was disappointing as I waited almost 10 days to get an reservation. Was looking forward to a more intimate seating arrangement.

The service was outstanding! Food was good, felt like a limited menu as I am a picky eater. But I did just fine. The Bread Board was my absolute favorite part of our meal!
