"Mammoths & saber-tooth tigers once roamed these lands in search of their rich salts. Paleo-Indians hunted, farmed and raised families here because of the salt springs. Early settlers named their town Saline after the salt springs, and now in this stunning +120 year-old former church, so does this brewery.

Salt Springs Brewery offers lovingly crafted & locally sourced food, true-to-style ales, wine, cider, and craft cocktails. Located in the heart of Saline, complete with an outdoor Biergarten and main dining room filled with the original stained from 1899, Salt Springs Brewery will quench your thirst and nourish your soul."

    The bbq pork sandwich I ordered tasted dry like it sat under the heat lamp too long. Instead of returning the food, I asked for extra bbq sauce so I could eat the sandwich. When the bill came, I was surprised to see a charge for the sauce. I would be reluctant to go back to a place where they nickel-and-dime diners for asking something extra to make their food taste better.

    Overall excellent experience. Service and atmosphere was great. Only complaint was that person in our party of 4 order a personal pizza. It was quite burnt but due to the fact that the pizza took the longest to prepare we did not send it back. Food for others all very good.

    Great GF menu! All fried foods are all GF so little risk of cross contamination. GF buns were also yummy.

    The ambience was great--the painted glass windows and high ceilings were beautiful. The food was very good. My favorite was the Brussel sprouts- they were delicious. Our server did a fantastic job.

    One of our favorite venues. Had an opportunity to checkout the new modifications to their outside bier garden. Must say, they did an amazing job, that will accommodate any type of weather. Food as always was amazing. I had the Pasta Paperdalle with white shrimp and my wife had the Ceasar Salad with Shrimp. Fresh ingredients very tasty, would Definitely order both again. Good selection of beers and craft cocktails. Would certainly recommend if you have not experienced Salt Springs.

    Haven't been there for a while but tried the mushroom pizza during a business lunch. COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW GOOD THAT PIZZA WAS! Amazingly great crust, tasty toppings....really nice. I will be back for more...

    Had a wonderful Mother's Day brunch with my daughter. The staff was attentive and all of the food was super delicious. We enjoyed an lobster and asparagus omelette with potatoes and sourdough toast, french toast with blueberries and homemade whipped cream, and tasty bacon. We sat at a high top in the back bar area and it was easy to talk. The stained glass windows made for a wonderful sunshine experience. I highly recommend.

    I took my Mom out for brunch for Mother’s Day and we had a great meal. She said that it was the best Arnold Palmer that she’s ever had (lol)! I had the French toast and she had the lobster omelette, both were delicious.

    The beef for the BBQ beef and the beef and mushroom dish was egregiously overcooked. The beer was phenomenal, but they need to find new cooks who know how to cook beef tenderloin.
