An Innovative Mediterranean Asian restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner & Sunday afternoon tea service. Located on the main level of Orlando’s ultra elevated ette hotel. The dining space spills out onto a verdant courtyard featuring a linear fountain and fragrant herb garden where guests may enjoy delicacies and indulge in our exclusive dining experience. We ask that guests adhere to a Smart Elegant dress code for adults & kids. Not worth the price, ingredients there deserves better chef. Even though the cocktail looks cool, it will give you high expectations about the following overrated food. Water is empty for one and a half hour and nobody would come for refilling. Everyone is busy introducing their pompous drinks and foods and forgetting the footstone of being a restaurant, which is making the food worth eating and caring the customers’ feelings.

If you enjoy a menu offering $68 appetizers and $2200 Tomahawk (96 ounces), this is your restaurant. It is located in the very swanky hotel, Ette, which seems totally out of place down an obscure side street behind a CVS off seedy Hwy 192. Until the end of our meal, we were the only patrons in the restaurant until one other person was seated. The food was generally okay but not worth the hype of a "Michelin" chef. Edible but no imagination. The wait staff was pleasant. Not a big deal, but automatically adding a 20% tip to the tab of a party of 2 was irritating. I usually tip 20% but I like it to be my call.

On a first visit ever to Disney Florida, we searched for and booked what looked like fine and interesting restaurants, and were never disappointed. Salt & The Cellar, however, rose above the rest for its high culinary excellence, setting, and service. It is not part of the Disney machine (and to be fair, many Disney-affiliated restaurants are excellent). Salt & The Cellar is independent, very stylish, and should be on fellow foodie's Orlando-area list. Most important is Chef Akira Back's cuisine, which is an experience worth traveling for. We appreciated the attention paid to every detail of our properly- and perfectly-paced meal, from start to finish. This is fine dining at its best.

I appreciate Chef Akira Black’s thoughtfulness into the menu and the whole experience left me satisfied. From the starters to the entree was absolutely delicious! My favorites are the AB Tuna Pizza, Scallops, & the Glazed Duck. Very fantastic & the mocktail was yummy! The best yuzu dessert I ever tasted so far. This is one of my favorite restaurants now and I will be back for more.

We enjoyed the afternoon tea very much, however we do feel it is expensive. You probably could get more people if you lowered the price and cut back on the pastries that were incredible.

I’ve been to this restaurant 5 times and the service has been amazing, except for last night. The service needs to improve a lot to return to the amazing standard that it was at before.

Got there 15 min early. Bar staff greeted right away. after being seated the staff was very nice and friendly. Food was awesome. the food was very well presented. We usually do not venture out to nicer places to eat but we will be back. It was that good..

It’s great food.. expected from a Michelin chef, service by Paul, personalized with great recommendations.. nothing went wrong but NO WINE OR SPIRITS. You must bring what you are going to drink otherwise you’ll be paying $26 dollars for a non alcoholic beverage.

Every bite was scrumptious 10/10. I recommend bringing your own bottle if you want a true cocktail all though the mocktails are also a treat.

What a hidden gem! From the truly magical mocktails through the whimsical dessert, it was a special experience that I won’t soon forget. Chef Akira Back has crafted a menu that is unique and well executed by the kitchen staff. The service staff was eager to please and showed knowledge and attention to detail. A particular standout was the mixologist who came to our table to share special components of the mocktails.

Beautiful place. Very welcoming. Great service and course explanations and movement between courses was relaxed, sometimes feeling a bit slower than I would have liked. The amazing quality of the food and non-alcoholic drinks was so excellent. The portions aren't large but the whole effort let me leave feeling uplifted and satisfied. A great experience. We'd go again for sure.

Food was excellent and fresh. This is BYOB restaurant. Bring your own alcohol. No corkage. Food was a bit expensive IMHO and you could easily leave hungry. Like the casual ambience but these are very high prices for what you get.

Unfortunately we did not rate this experience as very high. If you are familiar with the area and the foods you can tell- the egg salad and scones are from Publix, or the same supplier. The amount is reasonable, but for the amount charged, it is absolutely nothing spectacular. The ambiance; it is hosted in the hotel breakfast room, past the lobby. I would not recommend to others nor go again myself.

Loved the fresh food, mocktails experience. Preparation and execution was fantastic. Would have been even better if they would have recognized my husband in some way for his birthday. I told them in advance and at table. Small in the scheme of things as the experience was great.

We went for high tea on Sunday. It was an amazing experience. The service was wonderful from the moment you walk in. Every single person we came across was full of hospitality and a warm smile. The attention to detail in the space from the architecture to table setting to the quality of food and more. I would highly recommend making this an experience to attend.

Very beautiful/ clean restaurant in a chic hotel. We did afternoon tea, loved the experience, presentation and plating was adorable. Pastries/dessert were delicious. The selecting of the teas process was unique. The service was on par, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The live musician (pianist) was a bonus. I'd come again for another birthday party splurge or girls fun day out. Look forward to trying the mock tails.

Awesome food. Awesome experience. Only complaint would be the restaurant promotes a “healthy lifestyle” and serves ZERO alcohol. Wish I had known in advance. Meals are are the higher side for price so prepare yourself, but that said, the food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor.

This restaurant was such a treat!! The food was outstanding! We brought our kids, and they loved it too. My boys don't normally like the kids menu, but this one had unique items that were really great too. The mocktails were a hit, and my husband and I brought alcohol to enjoy. They welcome it! Paul, our waiter, was fabulous. All of the staff was! Highly recommend.

This restaurant is overrated and overly expensive for what you get. We tried the tuna sushi pizza as an appetizer, which was very good. The Wagyu tacos had no flavor. They don’t serve alcohol, which we knew so we got one of their mock tails, which was their Valentine special, and was very good but not worth the price of $22 a cocktail. We got the New York strip to share, which was very tasty and a side of the kimchi brussels sprouts, mushrooms and potatoes. The steak and the kimchi brussels sprouts were the stars. The mushrooms had no flavor and neither did the potatoes. For two people at a price tag of about $280 because they include gratuity I would say definitively that this meal is not worth it and we will not return.

Went here for lunch. It was outstanding. You pay for what you get. Great food, service, mocktails, and the atmosphere is great. It was over $200 for the 2 of us but we had everything on the menu.

My girl friend and I love this place we have been there a few times the service and food is excellent we love the presentation also the no cork fee on wine is very appreciated I even bring my family and they had a great time on the outdoors
