Crab cakes had some sort of filler, they did not taste like crab at all. My scallops were over cooked, making them tough & rubber like. My husbands “fish” of the fish & chips underwhelming, sea bass was used which had no flavor.

Extremely disappointed! menu extremely limited! Don’t live locally, but I’ve always enjoyed Sally’s menu. Was extremely disappointed menu was cut in half and variety even with SEAFOOD was very limited… Location and Views absolutely amazing… Unfortunately…..Probably our last visit!

Except for a Pretty Loud Party going on over by the Bar, Sally's was EXCELLENT! We had the Perfect table that allowed us to watch all the people going by!! Kept it entertaining!! The food was so well prepared!! My Bacon Burger was DELICIOUS and my Husband LOVED his Fish and Chips!! He made me try it since the Fish was so Delicate!! The Chocolate Lave Cake DOULD have been Gooier!!!

paella portion was large so husband and i decided to share. it was cold and gross (it took a long time for us to receive our food, so it was probably sitting for a while). the chorizo was cold and hard and the entire dish had a horrible after taste. we don’t like to send food back because of fear of insulting the cook who might lash out on our food (this is a general standard for me and i do this at all restaurants) so we ate it anyway. it was an expensive dish ($69), so i expected a quality meal. just as we received our meal, and before taking our first bite, the server showed up and asked if everything was ok but again, we hadn’t taken a bite yet so we responded that everything was ok. but he wasn’t seen again for at least 30 min after that. voiced our concerns to the server and manager about the service and the food and expressed we weren’t looking for a free meal or any discounts but wanted to express our opinion, however, we received a $30 discount anyway. because of the food quality and service, i am certain i will NEVER eat here again.

Food was very good. Service was very slow for not many diners. Prices are in line with other California seaside restaurants. This was our second visit.

Our meal was perfect. We had the Crab Cakes appetizer. We enjoyed the Scallops and the Shrimp side. We also had the Roasted Broccoli. Our server was very efficient and our overall experience was amazing. We will go back again. Also, we dined outside on the patio and enjoyed the harbor view.

While the menu is not extensive, the food is very good, and the service is outstanding! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Obviously, because it is right on the Marina, the views ands ambiance are very good.

Delicious food. Prices a little high but the quality is worth the price. Shared grilled octopus appetizer, whole branzini(bones removed!) and fish n chips. Perfectly cooked. Highly recommend.

Food was ok at best, nothing spectacular, but there is a 6% bulls**t surcharge on all bills because the owner or operator are too cheap or too stupid to be competitive with their wages so they pass down their costs to the consumer. Avoid if you’re annoyed by those types of places, go if u don’t mind getting shafted at the end.

We were looking for a place that overlooks the Bay, had outdoor seating and served seafood and finally was walking distance of our hotel (Manchester Grand Hyatt). It was perfect; food, service, all great… Just a little issue with some boisterous people near us and another who smoked…

The food was amazing. The restaurant was busy but not overly noisy. Would be great for a might out or business dinner.

Everything was delicious. Someone in our party had the Mediterranean salad, sea bass, and scallops and everyone loved their choice. We also tried almost all of the desserts and they were all delightful.

Great food and service. View is tough to beat. Bartender made a fantastic Manhattan up. Always go there for a meal while in San Diego!

It was a great evening on the bay with a patio heater. Very pleasant staff. Great tasting food at expected prices.

There is a 6% added tax on the bill that says it's to make up for raising minimum wage? Not cool. We came in specifically for the seafood tower, saw it online, saw it on the two different standing signs AT the establishment. The waitress said they were fresh out on the Saturday that we were there. The cocktails on the menu were overpriced and not overly exciting. Ok all the bad out of the way. The people watching on the patio was great. The waitress/service was great. The oysters with the jalapeno mignonette, to die for. The shrimp and scallops on the Cobb salad were cooked perfectly. The seafood lobster bisque was smooth and addictive. The fish of the fish and chips was fried like fried chicken which was a complete surprise and totally delicious.
