    Decided to try Sally's Apizza and was able to get a table for 4. They sat us at our reserved time, but didn't see a server for almost 10 mins. Finally the manager came over and told us they were short staffed (a server went home sick) and she brought us waters and took our order. We ordered the mozzarella & tomato sauce pie, Firebird Pie, and chicken Francese. We got the Firebird pizza and it was good. The crust was burnt, but I know that is how their pizza is cooked. We got the chicken francese and was just a cutlet in sauce. It was good, but what we paid, expected a vegetable or pasta with the chicken. It seems they forgot our mozzarella & tomato pie and had to call the manager/server over. She apologized and got the kitchen to get one out quick. She also took it off the bill to comp for the lateness of the pie and lack of server. Despite it being a bit of an off night, we did like it and would probably just do take out going forward.

    Food was so so so good. Cesar salad, wings were great, pizza was super solid although the pepperoni was a little gamey - not my fave roni but the pizza itself was fab. One recc to restaurant- please ask servers to stop dragging the chairs across the floor when moving them around. The restaurant has an echo and the sounds of metal dragging on the hard surface floor is not enjoyable to listen to.

    We went on Monday the recent holiday. They seemed understaffed. As soon as we were seated, the waitress came over and stated it’s over an hour wait for a pizza. They are a pizza place, catering to takeout customer sitting down in their restaurant. While I certainly understand offering takeout when you’re that far behind, why wouldn’t you want to turn over your tables? We ordered sandwiches and I ordered a pizza to go. To add pepperoni was almost 5 dollars. The pizza took an hour and 20 minutes. It just seems like they didn’t have their act together. Food was excellent though a bit expensive.

    Went on Memorial Day and they were not staffed for the volume of people. We had a 1p reservation and got seated at 1:20. When manager brought us to our table, no apologies for wait. However, he did apologize to party before us. We sat down and was told the pizza would take 45 minutes. We had salad and appetizer so was okay waiting. The pizza did not arrive until 2:45. And the second one 10 minutes later. Pizza is okay but don’t go when you are hungry, and expect to wait.

    My daughter and I went at 4pm. It was not crowded and it was out first time there. Once seated, we were informed up front that pizzas take around a half hour to come out which was fine with us and it is good they tell you that. We got a fried mozzarella app which was very tasty. We ended up waiting an hour for the pizza which was ridiculous but we did not complain. I have to give a shout out to the manager who was either informed or noticed how long we waited. She personally came over to our table, introduced herself, apologized for the long wait and brought us a complimentary order of arancini. She then informed me that the pizza would be removed from our bill because we had to wait so long. I was very impressed by this excellent example of customer service and the pizza came shortly after this and was delicious. I think they still have to work some kinks out and some of the staff is still learning but huge props to the manager who handled it professionally and made me want to come back again. Food was very good. Thank you!
