Todo estuvo muy bueno. Había un poco de saturación y por eso los meseros tardaron en tomar la orden.

The food is not that great, nor are the portions compared to price. The service is abismal, very slow and not very polite, we had to remind them multiple times of thing we had ordered previously. When one of us received a plate that was different than described on the menu, we politely asked for more options since they could't eat this type of food for health reasons, the waiter was rude and brought back a plate that was not very good and not worth the price. It is a nice building and place to eat, however I would not recommend the place based on the experience. Maybe go when it is not so full, that is, any time but the weekend. Will not go back.

Hacía mucho calor y no había suficiente ventilación, pedimos pasta a los 4 quesos y estaba insípida. El resto todo bien. El servicio demoró mucho en llegar

El Saks es garantía de calidad en servicio y alimentos. Mi único comentario es que ayer llegamos con 4 minutos de anticipación y nos hicieron esperar para atender personas sin reservación pero no toleran si llegamos un minuto tarde porque "en fines de semana no hay margen de tolerancia"

Me gusta mucho ir a desayunar a su terraza , todo bien solo que hoy me pareció el servicio distraído , siempre están atentos al café , esta vez eso me quedaron a deber , lo demás como siempre todo excelente

This is the first time I use Open Table to reserve at this restaurant. I was a regular customer of this restaurant until yesterday . Had the worst experience. I asked for water to three different people about 6 times. It took them 40 minutes to give me a glass of water, which I was willing to pay. I understand that Sunday is a busy day but when I asked for the check, it only took two seconds. When I shared my experience with the manager, he immediately said he was not the manager on the floor when my experience happened. Clearly, they don’t need my business.

El lugar es hermoso y la Comida de mucha calidad. El servicio es espectacular. Mi única observación es que asignan mesas en el piso de arriba a personas de la tercera edad y las escaleras están criminales.

Desayunos muy buenos, desde el pan hasta los platillos fuertes. Llegaron un poco fríos, y demoran bastante por la cantidad de gente, los meseros amables pero no se dan abasto. Bonito lugar.

Al inicio fue el servicio muy amable y rápido pero una vez que nos sirvieron la comida todo el tiempo pasaban a querer llevarse los platos (aunque no se vieran vacíos). tardaban más en llevarte alguna bebida y conforme iba pasando el tiempo eran mucho más insistentes en retirarte las cosas y te prestaban menos atención si querías ordenar algo más. La comida fue muy rica pero el servicio no fue del todo agradable.

Es muy fácil poder reservar por esta aplicación y asimismo, ingresar al restaurante rápido. Tuvimos una experiencia agradable en Saks San Ángel la comida deliciosa, y una súper atención. Delicioso.

Es un lindo y agradable lugar, el servicio y la atención esta muy bien, lo único malo es que en esta ocasión no se que sucedió con mi reserva que no la tenían registrada, pero si nos dieron lugar.

We were fortunate to get a reservation for 2 on Sunday morning. We sat down and immediately accepted the Mimosa they offered! They had menu's in English which was a huge bonus since it was our first time visiting. From there everything was perfect, our waiter Emilio was outstanding, his support team was efficient and accommodating. While we were eating we booked bunch for 4 in two weeks when we have friends coming in from New York City...can not wait to share with great restaurant with friends,

El lugar es hermoso, dentro de una construcción antigua, tiene varios salones diferentes, tuvimos el privilegio de que nos tocara el grupo de músicos cubanos, esta vez interpretando boleros, muy apropiados para el Día del Amor y Amistad. El servicio es estupendo. Su pan excelente. Y la comida en general es bastante buena.

El servicio y el restaurante son buenos, el lugar es amplio y ofrece diferentes ambientes, por lo cual a pesar de estar llenísimo puedes disfrutar. Eso si, a pesar de hacer reserva nos hicieron esperar un poco. *No recomiendo el servicio de valet parking, se tardaron media hora en entregarnos el auto, además manejan como unos cafres y es sumamente caro por el tiempo de estancia ($80)
