This was my 2nd visit and I’m sorry to say wasn’t as good as the first. Food was amazing, did feel as a vegetarian there wasn’t as many choices but I could still enjoy a few dishes. What let the experience down this time was the service. It wasn’t mentioned that entrees and tapas all came out together until they all came out together and we couldn’t move for food on the table. Then we were left for quite a while. 40 minutes after we’d finished the entrees and tapas someone came up and asked if we were done, we asked where our mains were, the response to which was ‘have you not had them yet?’ We then asked to cancel them about 3 times before the message was received. The food is amazing and I love the ambience, the service last night felt really lacklustre and like the staff just didn’t care - it was a shame because up until last night, I would’ve been telling everyone I know to go here.

Family lunch. Ordered the set ‘feed me ‘ menu. Food and service was excellent . We particularly enjoyed the octopus , Slow cooked lamb a d spatchcock ( not dry and boney at all). Wines were good. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Definitely recommend. as too cold to sit outside, but would be lovely in the summertime. Recommended.

Enjoyed a birthday lunch with family. Were able to catch up as the background noise level was very low. Food and drinks was spot on. Perfect.

It was lovely, the wait staff was very good , and they gave us a glass of bubbly each as we were celebrating our anniversary so that was a lovely surprise

Beautiful restaurant and lovely staff but sadly the paella was a let down. Tastless, salty and very oily. Cured meats were delicious

First time here but we'll be back. Got the Charcuterie, pea shoots salad, Ceviche and Paella. All were great. Great N/A cocktail as well.

The service was great and they gave us a glass of bubbly on the house as it was our wedding anniversary. Cocktails lovely and reasonably priced. The place looks stunning, the food very tasty, paella could have had a more crispy base (that’s what I thought it was supposed to be like). All in all a wonderful evening. Thankyou.

We took friends from interstate. We were disappointed with the food. It was quite expensive. Wine about $70 a bottle. There were so many flies in the restaurant. We had to wave them away from the food continually during the meal. We had high hopes. Sadly, We won’t be returning

Visually, this restaurant is absolutely stunning! The rustic European summer vibes were gorgeous and created such a nice ambiance. We got the ‘Tasting Menu’ for four of us and there was so much food but it was all delicious! Saint Malo does the tasting menu well as they allow plenty of time in between courses to take your time with the food, with plenty of time to chat with your group. Each and every cocktail we’d tried was spectacular, with a particularly special mention to the Pomo-Grape Spritz. The staff were incredibly friendly and very attentive, and although we overstayed our welcome (we really were there for hours) they were so friendly and polite and didn’t make us feel like we were imposing! Optically, the decor was gorgeous and I mean this when I say you’ll get some gorgeous photos if that’s what you’re after!

We had a wonderful lunch before heading home to Melbourne, Shein was a beautiful host and makes the best cocktails, the restaurant is so beautiful and you would think you were in Greece, we would definitely go back when in Canberra 😍

The service was exceptional. Great advice on how many dishes to order. We were outside but felt cold and the staff made every effort to move us inside as soon as it was possible. The staff were very pleasant and polite and attentive. The food was amazing! We enjoyed every dish we chose.. Fantastic wine selection. Lovely ambience. We will definitely return.

Tapas very tasty and good sized serves. Particularly enjoyed the seafood dishes and tomato salad. Sangria lovely and fruity. Would be nice to have a slightly larger table for two to fit more dishes on, so you don’t feel rushed to clear plates/table space.

The outdoor garden was very beautiful and a lovely ambiance. However I feel the mosaic table needs to be bigger to accommodate the dishes when they come out. The chairs also need to be more comfortable to allow guest to stay longer to enjoy the ambiance of the garden setting.

We had a beautiful evening and our service staff were amazing: so attentive without hovering, great smiles and happy to have a bit of a chat and recommend items off the menu. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed a birthday celebration for my 89 year old mum who is very hard of hearing. The ambient noise level was low which was great. Service was friendly and knowledgeable with regards to quantities needed for 6 people. Food was very tasty and cocktails also great. I would go back again.

We had dinner at Saint Malo based on a recommendation and couldn’t be happier that we did. Everything from the delicious food, well-priced drinks, beautiful decor and exceptional customer service combined to make for an outstanding experience. We are really looking forward to many return visits and cannot recommend Saint Malo highly enough. Thank you for giving us a flawless dining experience!

Poor service. Meals not brought out together, one of our party had meal 30 mins before others. Waited more than 30 mins for drinks which weren't brought together. Inexperienced wait staff. Very average food.

Disappointing. Ordered a bottle of wine - out of stock, a couple of alternatives also out of stock. Settled on a Kiwi Sauv blanc, grossly overpriced. Ordered a main, not available. This is a Saturday night. When there only 5 mains on a menu, having one unavailable is not a good effort. Food was good but.......

The food was not too bad, probably not really fine dining quality but the service was something out of faulty towers. We didn't really even get upset with it because it was so bad it was just funny. It was a pleasant enough evening but I wouldn't do it again. It would be great if a good restaurant would move into the space because it was a very nice spot.

Both indoor and outdoors are beautiful spaces to enjoy the amazing food coming out of the kitchen. Would probably recommend the outdoors if the weather is good.

Enjoyed our meals - delicious, succulent and served hot. The staff were attentive and really quite pleasant. The ambiance was excellent, beautiful setup, candle on the table, and we were near a window looking out into the courtyard which was nicely lit with lamps on the posts, lanterns on the tables and fairy lights in a tree. There was music playing which added a great vibe, but it was always at a level we could still talk very easily to each other - really the whole point of a night out with friends. We were all quite impressed.

We had the tasting menu. It was delicious. Portions were so generous that we had to take some home !

Food is next level! If you're not sure what to order, the tasting menu offers a great selection and you will definitely not go hungry. Great service!

Everything was fantastic. From the service to the food. Very wonderful set-up, feels airy with a lot of light. Great for a celebration or a catch-up. Will be back again
