A display of whole fish delicacies from deep-azure seas are hand selected by each guest, then prepared to personalized perfection via wood-grilling or searing a la plancha. Sip craft cocktails or Sancerre while savoring just-shucked oysters at the sail-shaped hand-carved marble bar. Watch chefs in the open kitchen prepare tantalizing seafood towers. We had a fabulous evening sitting at the bar for a la carte. Our server made terrific recommendations. All the staff were charming and very thoughtful. We had tuna tartare, crab and avocado app, whole vermillion snapper with asparagus and finished with a grand mariner soufflé. All excellent. My mescal passion fruit cocktail was also amazing. It was not an inexpensive evening but worth every penny.

Great setting, service was superb and wine list outstanding Food very poor and not just average- old octopus and lobster and steak- could not believe that was wagyu- overcooked and gray- sent it back and got a worse cut! Still was charged for the meal- incredible for the price and all the extra markups My wife’s fish was good- her other two courses not so much Drink at the bar and come early for the menu- don’t waste your money on the prix fixe

It was good but not as good as last month when I dined at Sails. I thought the service was less than my last visit. My tenderloin was overcooked. Well instead of medium.

Beautiful night for a celebration! Staff is so professional and friendly. One feature that I have never see. At a restaurant before was a little hammock table for a women’s purse so there was no need to set it on the floor.! Food was delicious and uniquely prepared. Would definitely return for another special occasion.

Always remarkable service. Don’t like the fixed menu and it is overpriced. When you charge that much on food and alcohol there is no need to charge so much for diet soda.

An exquisite dinner from start to finish! The chef prepared an AMAZING vegan prix fixe menu… the sommelier, Ned, helped us pair our dinner with a crisp, bright Italian white wine… and the service from Bilal made the evening one we will never forget. We can’t wait until our next visit!

The food was delicious! I had the beet salad, the red snapper and the sticky toffee pudding. Everything was delicious. The service was wonderful. We sat outside on a beautiful evening. There were 4 in my party and we all really enjoyed it!

Very nice atmosphere for a business dinner, with the small exception of the very talented musician being a little too close to where we were seated, so it made it hard to hear someone sitting on the other side of the table. Food was great, servers were extremely attentive (reminded me of some of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Paris) and everyone was very friendly. Even with somewhat loud music, I still give this experience 4.5 stars.

We were so disappointed with our experience. The staff were rude and implied we couldn’t afford their wine list. We have dined here multiple times before but will never return for dinner. I could not believe the treatment and the scallops in mushroom sauce were inedible. And they didn’t take anything off I was floored and they charge 22% gratuity on top of it.

If you are looking for an elevated experience that combines the highest level of service with beautifully presented food, Sails is the place. I took a very important client there for dinner last night and everyone we interacted with made us feel like the most important diners in the room. Attentive, but never obtrusive, the wait staff is well trained, welcoming, and formal in just the right way. We were not rushed, we were able to transfer the cocktails from the bar to the table, without the ungracious request to close out the tab first, our water glasses were never even close to being empty, bread was served promptly, and the food was divine, as always. The finishing gesture was the wait staff elegantly dividing our 2 desserts four ways, and placing them on all our plates, replacing the need to "pass the plates". It was simply, perfect.

We chose the bar seating option and could choose from all their menus. We chose three course meal and all the courses were delicious. The service was impeccable and the ambiance was fun. It was our anniversary and the staff made the evening special.

One of the best restaurants we have experienced. Food quality and preparation were excellent. Service was excellent. We had their three course dinner earlier in the week with friends then we came back and thoroughly enjoyed their Sunday brunch yesterday.

We put a note when reserving online about it being our 20th anniversary. The restaurant and staff did not disappoint. They had a table ready set up for us to sit side by side. There was light live music playing. The dinner and ambience was outstanding. We even received a complimentary dessert. Expect an overall high price for your meal, but also expect an outstanding culinary evening.

Our service was once again impeccable, our server and his team were knowledgeable of the food and drinks. The staff were spot on with their recommendations. The sails experience is worth every penny and than some! BEST FOOD IN NAPLES. My hat is off to the saucier, the lobster veloute for the lobster ravioli was the best I have ever had.

The price fixe menu was very good and our waiter was excellent. The only minor problem was people at a table quite far from us had an infant that screamed the whole time we were there. I felt bad for the people sitting next to them. The parents obviously didn’t care.

We did the bar a la carte menu and everything was fantastic! We ordered the oysters, hamachi crudo, octopus, and red snapper! We also got the sticky toffee pudding dessert with vanilla gelato, which was amazing. The service was also great, we loved our bartender!
