We want you to feel at home at Sage Bistro, Cape Canaveral Florida. We offer a warm, friendly, relaxed atmosphere where everyone is welcome. Families, friends, and even pets (on a leash) are invited to experience the Floridian vibes that Sage Bistro provides. Enjoy lunch or dinner and select from an array of food items. You can enjoy everything from homemade burgers, gourmet hoagies and homemade soups to our fresh salads, seafood, steak, veal, chicken, pork, and homemade pasta options. Compliment your experience with a selection of fine liquors, wines and beers from around the world! We also have a kid friendly menu which of course includes ice cream! Outside seating is cozy and dog-friendly.

If you're lucky, you may even see a rocket launch out of Kennedy Space Center which can be viewed right from our restaurant. We are also conveniently located just about a half mile from the Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon's Surf Shop.

This is a lovely little place for a cozy dinner. Nice atmosphere and good service. My fish was a bit dry but the flavor was great.

They have changed the menu no German section and the 1 steak selection as a sirloin this week needs to be a ribeye or the way and the mushroom risotto is gone which was my favorite

Yes it's exciting that we changed the menu to include some other great options! the ribeye was getting way too many complaints and so was the mushroom risotto. You can understand that while some may love unpopular items, it's necessary to make the decision to take them off the main menu as a form of cost savings to a business. From the look s of your 4 stars is seems like you enjoyed yourself! :) We hope so Sir. We try to be as flexible as possible while at the same time keep our vision in mind and grow the business to serve all. Thank you!

Sage is one of our favorite restaurants in Brevard. Food and service are always excellent. We gladly recommend.

Things were a little hit or miss. Scallops entree and chicken piccata entree were both delicious. Lamb pot roast was okay but not exciting. Dirty martini was fantastic. Chocolate martini was a disappointment. There was no cream and no chocolate syrup. It was all chocolate flavored alcohol and visually unappealing looking like murky water. Escargot was tasty but very non-traditional. It was served in a bowl with an almost soup-like garlic butter cream sauce and topped with a huge amount of parsley and gremolata. Brownie dessert was certainly large enough to be shared. However I admit to being tired of restaurants thinking that as long as you heat up some chocolate dessert that makes it better. Our server was very pleasant and attentive.

Thank you for your honest review. We do take all of your constructive criticism into consideration. The chocolate martini description needs to be changed on the menu, as it doesn't look that appealing with chocolate syrup in it. Very surprised with your judgement of the escargot as that has always been a guest favorite along with the brownie. I wish they hadn't taken the schnitzel off the menu. The best in this area. the crab cakes were delicious

Change is sometimes hard, I understand your thoughts. However, we are not a German restaurant. The good news is, we will be featuring your German favorites throughout the year. American food, like the crab cakes you enjoyed, is what we are best at. We want our guests to be happy and satisfied with their meals. Hope to see you again!

Very noisy. Furnishings were spartan. Food was ok but far beater than most of cape Canaveral. Might be the best restaurant on the calendar but that doesn’t say much.

Went for my 4th anniversary, they sat us at a special table and took very good care of us, food was excellent, decorations were cute and reminds you you’re on the beach, was slightly pricy for a young couple like us but wouldn’t hesitate to go back again

Had the wedge salad and the angus sirloin with herb butter; delicious. My friend had the lobster pot pie and said it was really good. The wait staff were great and provided menu suggestions. They offer lunch so we will definitely be back to sample that menu as well. If you are in the area I would suggest stopping by for a bite.
