We hadn’t been here in a very long time. I’m so glad we came back. That new chef and server were top notch!! The tri tip was the best my husband has ever had. And he smokes and bbqs his own! Even the bartender who came to the table! I will be letting my family and friends know. Everything was awesome! (My risotto was the best also.)

Great service by Elijah and the entire staff for my wife’s birthday. On a minor flaw, the shades motor mechanism was inoperative, making ghe bright suna bit of a nuisance. Thanks again!

Would have expected a baked potato with a $65 steak. Salmon not available, Did appreciate the complimentary cheese cake for our anniversary Have not eaten there since it was just the Steak House, was better then. Probably won’t return

Haven't been there in awhile, so far everything has improved. Just hope they stay the course. Definitely will go again. You won't be disappointed.

Entire staff was welcoming and supportive. Our reserved table was ready and we were seated immediately. Our server was very knowledgeable about our menu choices, patiently answering my questions about ingredients and how dishes were prepared. He was very attentive to how our dishes were presented to us. To the chef; the plating of the food was very attractive and arrived at perfect temperature, ready to be devoured… and we did ! Delicious to the last bite. We enjoyed our special night out. Thank you all :D

My wife got the filet with blue cheese crust and substituted a baked potatoe for mashed. The steak tasted very good however it was ordered medium rare but it was more on the medium side. It was also overpriced. I got the halibut which was cooked perfectly and reasonably but here is where I have the peoblem.. It came with a sauce that tasted like warmed up ketchup. This ruined the meal for me. If you eat here I would stick to the red meat with no sauces.

Safire is our regular date night restaurant because it is exactly what we want. The staff is very attentive to details and genuinely happy to see us. The kitchen is always happy to accommodate our requests which often requires several back and forth from our server to design a meal that meets our dietary restrictions. The specials are constantly changing and the menu regularly changed. We can talk as it’s very quiet but private too. The bar is great. The manager does an amazing job and it’s very obvious that he is very well liked by his staff and customers.
