Food was very good. Service was attentive and quick, but a bit cold. There was little to no ambiance, which would be an easy fix if someone gave it some attention.

Enjoyed a beautiful birthday dinner at Sabor. Our waiter was very attentive and kind. the food was delicious. I will be returning for sure and will encourage others to do the same.

It was our first time trying Sabor. It took the wait staff 15 mins to acknowledge us after being seated. The one cocktail that was ordered took 37 mins to get it to the table. My daughter's order was wrong but she kept it for fear of waiting a long time and making us late the show. Unfortunately the service was bad all the way around. This is wonderful hotel and there is no excuse for service to not be on point at every level. We are hesitant to try the other restaurant at this hotel now.

Never been to a brunch where the mimosas are charged additionally, especially when it’s $55 per person and gratuity is added for serving water. Food was great service wasn’t. First and last time I spend over 300 dollars for golden corral quality.

This was a great brunch buffet, however the price tag is steep for a brunch without an egg or omelet station. Everything is serve yourself, including mimosa and Bloody Mary bar, which is great, however gratuity was added to our party of 5 without our understanding, eg. It was not indicated on our payment slips as “additional gratuity” it simply had a space for you to add gratuity. So we double tipped our server that told us where we could find everything. The food was very good, but too expensive for me.

Very limited menu. Food was acceptable; not exceptional. We chose it because it was across the street from the Plaza Theater. We went to a concert after dinner.

Horrendous service. Server did not give us options for the appetizer, had to flag him (one of many times!) to remind him what we needed, refresh our drinks, etc. It never came. It took from 6:45 to 7:45 PM to get our main courses…it was Valentine’s but really not that busy. Then one of our dishes was cold. Returned the dish to the assistant manager. She was apologetic and ordered the dish redone. When tried to pay with the hotel gift card they wouldn’t take it unless you were a guest! Even thought it says you can use for food and beverage! The manager came, he was no help. Everyone seemed clueless. It took us a long time to get out of there while they straightened out their mess. We ended up paying with a credit card. They had “validated” the parking and was not, adding Insult to injury. The sad thing is that my husband and I got married in that hotel in 2016, we constantly take people from out of town to El Mirador, the dome bar, 1700, etc. I let the manager know that I will take a long pause before patronizing a place that ruined our last Valentine’s. Service is important, not just having pretty facilities.

Food was good for El Paso. The waiter was helpful but he did not have an idea of how the dishes were made. Portions are smaller for my taste and the price but for Valentines it was good value given the occasion.

Wish there was more of a menu for breakfast besides the buffet. Customers are basically forced to choose the buffet because there is only 2 options on the menu

Fairly reasonable prices given quality of food. I had the shrimp and grits. Large, juicy shrimp well flavored with delicious cheesy grits. Our server Juan was professional and friendly.

Brunch buffet on a Saturday morning was exquisite. Friendly attentive service. Food was delicious. If you never been, you can expect a traditional American buffet with eggs, bacon..ext. but also Tex-mex options such as mole, Chile Relleno, enchiladas, tamales, ceviche, and even prime rib. The price is on the high end as it should be for the options you get. Definitely recommend.

This was my 3rd and best visit. The food was fabulous, the service was very prompt, and the prices were quite reasonable. I highly recommend it.

The service was very slow. They said it was all you can have mimosas however, they never brought any and when they did, they were out of all the juice service was terrible, leaving dirty plates on our tables for the buffet.

Very nice place to have a holiday dinner. Our waitress Alejandra was great always smiling. Good options and selection. I recommend more bread options.

We attended the Thanksgiving Brunch, was charged for mimosas, Should of told us they were not included on the price of brunch. Make sure you ask before ordering.

A lot of tables were empty to be told there was a two hour time limit for guests to be seated at tables. I don’t appreciate being kicked out after dinning for an hour and paying a $400+ check

I thought that dining early would be hassle free. I got seated right away. The waiter was cordial. The food was delicious. As the time past the waiter became less attentive. When I had finished my meal I waited longer than necessary for my bill. I finally ended up going inside to find the waiter so that I could pay. The waiter apologized; that he had been quite busy with other customers. Overall an pleasant experience, but be aware that you might have to wait longer than usual.

Excellent service and good food at a reasonable price. The guacamole was fresh and the lobster mac and cheese was amazing. Our party of six ordered different things and every cleaned their plate. The beignets to finish were perfect. Definitely will be back!

I really avoid buffet brunches, and have to say this one changed my mind. I really like the selection, the presentation, the individual serving dishes and the variety of foods offered. Food and service were excellent.

Tacos we’re supposed to come with rice, but it wasn’t on the plate so we had to ask and they told us the rice didn’t turn out well so there wasn’t any. Then we had to ask what we could have instead. Service was not good-we had to flag another waiter down to get water.

First time here, will definitely be back. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly and the old fashioned cocktail was perfect. By the glass champagne/wine selection is not great, but a lot of choices for bottles.

At the restaurant, the service was notably subpar. The staff seemed indifferent and inattentive, displaying a lack of concern for the customers' needs. Our orders took an excessively long time to arrive, and when they did, they were either incorrect or poorly prepared. The servers rarely checked on us, leaving us feeling neglected throughout the entire meal. Despite our attempts to voice our dissatisfaction, the staff did not take appropriate action to address our concerns. Overall, the poor service left a negative impression and diminished the brunch experience.
