This is place is beautiful!! The food was delicious . There are many servers that are willing tk do anything to make your experience great . Sat by the water outside and was also able to see two out of the four shows. They start at 8:30 PM. Each show is pretty short five minutes or less, but it was still entertaining. The only issue we had was one of our servers forgot what we asked for three times. We had asked for a beer, another sushi roll and later on for more wasabi however, none of those things ever came and we had to ask the head server Ricardo, who took care of it promptly. It was disappointing because it is advertised that they have great service and also I was not eating because I was waiting for my husbands roll to come which was taking forever . Christian was with him and super helpful. I won't name the forgetful server as I'm hoping he will learn from his mistakes . The food was great and they did a nice touch with dessert for our anniversary. I would say it's still a must try. It's beautiful.

So glad we dined here, one of the best dining experiences we have had in Cancun. Dani our server and the entire staff were all very attentive and super knowledgeable in all aspects of the menu. The attention to detail was outstanding. The food was amazing as well! Every dish was delicious and well thought out all of the flavors and textures were on point. Some of the dishes not to be missed…short rib gyoza, duck tostadas, and the salmón taquitos. Go a little later in evening the entertainment starts around 8:15-8:30 and was super fun to watch. Kudos all around to this establishment we will definitely visit again next time we are in Cancun

Highly recommend visiting Royshi Cancun. The service and the staff were phenomenal. Freddy, Kevin and Alejandro were amazing! Freddy walked through the menu and made some amazing recommendations and Alejandro checked in with us regularly. The food was some of our favorite we have had our entire trip! The atmosphere is beautiful and offers perfect view of the sunset over the lagoon. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

A wonderful Japanese restaurant that is loaded with authentic Japanese ambience. Wonderful service at least three servers per table and there were just two of us a wonderful place for meeting with friends, family or just dining alone. The food is of the highest caliber a very extensive drink list and wine list, sitting on a beautiful lagoon the bathrooms are also extraordinary with Japanese Toto toilets for a true Japanese experience ha ha! look forward to returning again.

Amazing restaurant with exceptional service. We really enjoyed the cocktails and the food although some of the dishes were a bit too sweet for us - like the beef with asparagus. So would definitely go back again but would ask more about the dishes before ordering. But overall we loved it! Such a great vibe with amazing and helpful staff and a brilliant DJ!

The food is amazing. I highly recommend the short rib Gyoza and Ryoshi roll. Tuesday - Saturday has a great show and good vibe!

The FOOD, service and ambience is an award winning experience! The creativity and flavors of the food are the best I’ve experienced in the Japanese/Asian cuisine. From start to finish and everything in between our experience was AMAZING! Cheers to - Alejandro , who greets you at your table side and is one of the general managers; his refreshing personality and knowledge of the food and wine is unbelievably impressive! Our server Vanessa and attendant Armandy deserve a 10 star ⭐️ rating for their excellent customer service. Do not miss out on a dining adventure. Please bring your family , friends and colleagues!! It was a wonderful evening. Best restaurant in Cancun that we have been to. They unveiled a bluefin tuna (90kg). There was a ceremony and it was super cool to be involved in it. Wonderful place to eat!

Amazing meal, Carlos was an excellent waiter. Walked us through the menu and the Tuesday ceremonial tuna breakdown was an awesome experience. Edamame with the truffle oil, toro nigiri, and the cod were 5 star dishes.

We had an awesome meal during the live blue fin tuna cutting. The service and attentiveness was second to none!

The food and service was terrific. I wish I could have gone twice! Lots of interesting choices, big menu. hardly your basic sushi menu And then surprisingly, as we were there on a Tuesday, it seems that every Tuesday (or maybe once a month) they do this showing of cutting a tuna. It lasts 15 mins but is quite a spectacle. They show you different parts of the fish. Sounds rather gory, but in fact it was so cleanly done and so artful, it felt ceremonial. My one criticism, which clearly I am in the minority, is that the restaurant is so beautiful but at a certain point they turn on colorful "nightclub" lighting which adds nothing to the amazing beauty of the structure and architecture of the restaurant, IMO! If I am in Cancun again, I might go for lunch. The setting is amazing on the lagoon. The DJ music is great but the nightclub lighting is superfluous, as said --IMO.
