Service is excellent. Food is great. Enjoy the cocktails menu Ambiance is ok. Nothing great The servers and support are terrific. Water always filled. Plates delivered and removed with care It’s a nice dining experience Menu Asian and Steaks can be a little confusing but overall a great meal

I enjoy eating the staff is excellent and the place is very quiet I can enjoy eating in peace for me is a wonderful restaurant.

Beef Chow Fun was $30, but was only worth $2. You get better food from the Chinese food place down the block. No flavor and no one to greet you at the door. We wandered in and had to seat ourselves. The lobster roll was bland. Thank goodness for the duck sauce

Absolutely Delicious, a little pricey but well worth it. I could have used a little shrimp in my shrimp Szechuan. This was my fourth time eating there. I really enjoy the food.

Definitely avoid. Too bad because the hotel is nice, conveniently located, and the casino is decent. Service was fair (no welcome or description of the menu or what to order—just your basic what “would you like?”), ambiance was fair (lots of empty tables at 7:30 pm on a Friday night with the table next to us eating $30 plates of beef with broccoli). Really, really bad food. Weird culinary concept (American Chinese food place that also serves salads and steaks) poorly executed. I was expecting a steakhouse. Instead i got an inedible Bibb salad and tasteless kungpao chicken and fried rice (steered clear of steaks since they are clearly not a priority). Strongly urge you to avoid until significant changes are made. RW and Hyatt are a multibillion dollar enterprise. Very negatively surprised to find their lack of attention to what is literally their signature restaurant. For anyone who has been at SW in Vegas: think of RW Prime as the dystopian alternative universe version.

Every single thing about our dinner at RW was just amazing. Drink, bread, appetizer, food and desserts were just absolutely delicious! The waiter was friendly and attentive and ever so friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place in a heartbeat. I cannot wait to go back and try out some of the other food. You won't be sorry for going to RW Prime and that's a fact!

Surprisingly the food portions were enough to fill you. My guest had some type of fried chicken with a sauce and she had a full take home container of leftovers. The food was very tasty. The meal was also plated as beautiful as the restaurant’s ambience. I didn’t realize I had this offer in my email for many months and have never used it before. I will redeem my offer monthly from now on.

Made a reservation and was seated right away! Very accommodating to where we wanted to sit and was greeted by our waiter right away for a drink. Service was top notch as well as food and portion. Would return in a heartbeat!
