Bad customer service. Table was not cleaned fast enough. Mash potatoe was swimming in oil or butter , we did not touch that at all. The plate for steak was too small and overflowing with oil. Bad experience

So this is the the first time I’ve gone to Ruth’s Chris but it was the first time I’ve been served a ribeye steak that didn’t look and taste like a ribeye steak more like a porterhouse steak. And the worst part was it was over cooked more like burned I asked for it med rare and got more like well done medium

My daughter felt so special! A personalized birthday card and confetti was on the table as well as a dedicated menu that said happy 12th birthday on the top. Service was great and the food was delicious. Even the valet was super fast.

Requested a bugger booth and got one, all with Happy Birthday stuff for my husband. Serena was a great server. Food was always great as usual. Cocktail is a bit too sweet to my taste but not an issue. Thank you Ruth's Chris and Serena!

It took 2.5 hours from seating to bill pay. Waiter forgot my appetizer, and meal took almost 1.5 hours to arrive after a 30 minute wait for appetizers. Waiter forgot to bring drink order requested. Terrible experience

Once seated, had to ask manager who was our waiter, after waiting 20 minutes. The surrounding tables had been waiting on the waiter as well. Ordered food, food took forever to come out mediocre warm, but dealt with it. Went back to another manager regarding the sweet potatoe casserole, in which they just dumped brown sugar on top of it, manager agreed on site of it. Waiter wasn’t attentive, had to ask for items multiple times.

Or appetizer plates were dirty, it looked like it wasn’t washed. Both plates. One set of the knife’s were dirty too, like it wasn’t washed. The wine glasses had finger prints. Plates, knives and wine glasses were replaced however, one of the wine glass base had a caked on green something. It was our first time at the Long Beach restaurant and it was the last.
