Unfortunately not as good as sometimes, however, it was very busy for a Tuesday and understaffed (like most places, people don't want to work). Food as always was good

Service was poor, granted our server had a party of 10 (prom) but never checked on us after our food was served. Never took a second drink order. Also had 4 people move tables to accommodate another large party right next to us. Ruined the experience has they discussed at length how to arrange the tables. Food great, experience poor.

Husband and I enjoyed our first ever dinner at Ruthies. The food was very good. The steak was so tender. The ambience of the restaurant was nice and the staff was very professional. We will definitely go back.

Great Restaurant. Booked through Open Table and notified of my Gluten intolerance. The restaurant staff was notified and offered great selections from the menu that were Gluten Free.

We celebrated our 46th wedding anniversary there. All of Food except the wedge salad was exceptional. The kitchen did not dry the wedge lettuce. It was soaking wet and watered the blue cheese dressing down a lot. I did not complain, because my husband who has dementia gets real upset if I say anything. I will just confirm that my lettuce is dry next time when I order it. Thank you for a very good evening.

The food is always great- but what made my visit fabulous was Nicole my server. I am a solo diner, and traveler, so I’m used to getting the cold shoulder for most servers. She was outstanding from start to finish and made me comfortable and welcome. She’s such an asset to the industry. I can’t wait to come back and see her again

Lovely meal. Beautiful atmosphere, comfortable chairs. LaLa was our server and she was exceptional! Food is outstanding. We enjoyed shrimp cocktail and split a wedge salad to start. We each got the Maryland Delmonico Ribeye, which was grilled to a beautiful medium rare and was topped with crabmeat and broccolini. Sides are huge and meant to share. The heartland corn was delicious. Highly recommend!

It was my birthday and my porkchop was all fat. The server forgot my husbands lobster tail. Took about 20 minutes to get after our food was delivered. His second drink from the bar took probably 15 -20 minutes. Also the blue cheese wasn’t in the steak as ordered and the steak was medium well instead of medium rare.

We got seated right away even though we arrived 15 minutes before our reservation time. Waited 40 minutes for our 2 dinners. They did comp us a glass of wine for the wait. The food was good and fairly priced. Found it odd that they didn’t clear things away as we were done with them (bread bowl, plates & knives used for bread) even though we stacked them and had them sitting at the tables edge. The servers had to do everything. There were no bus boys to clear tables or change out linens/table settings. They could benefit from having a couple of those to make turnaround quicker.

cucumbers on salad appeared translucent as if they had gotten frozen The Croutons were stale. baked potato was wonderful, as always. The filet Mignon was good, but not as nicely presented as usual. My husband had lobster bisque, he asked me to try it and added it to my list of foods to never try again. Simply not as wonderful of an experience as we have had numerous times in the past. Still everything else was stellar.

my wife ordered a glass of white wine, it tasted old. She ordered a second saying the first tasted bad, waitress took away and brought a second glass of different white wine, same experience. She then ordered a cosmo. Food wasn’t really hot when served. Vegetables were ordered and brought to table more than half way through the meal. Waitress was not at all attentive. She charge us for both glasses of wine and the cosmo. I have been there many times, doubt I will go again. Was a special dinner celebration for my daughter who had a huge turn in her health. Sad - in the past a nice restaurant bit waitress made a poor experience…

We normally have a lovely time and don’t mind the higher end prices but our steak was overcooked and so was the lobster..dry!! Our waitress LaLa was terrible, she rarely checked on us and I had to go to the bar to order our drinks because she would just walk right by with even noticing. When I had to stop her to ask for water she rolled her eyes and then had someone else deliver it as she acted like it was not her place and didn’t care to take care of us. Very unprofessional. Will only return because we love Alex who tends bar and the hostess or manager made our night acceptable

The ambience was beautifully set. However service was subpar and could have been better given the beautiful atmosphere. For instance clearing the crumbs off the table making sure appropriate tableware for the meal, ordered seafood platter and would of been better if a separate dish was available for discarded shells instead had to figure out using a salad bowl that was already at table. Side dish of asparagus ordered had to ask for a plate but it was too small for asparagus. Was not impressed with seafood platter presentation the calamari was cut very thin and oily and oyster had too much cream cheese masking the oyster taste. The crab was good. Shrimp cocktail was great. The Caesar salad and asparagus was delicious. Desert was good, waitress forgot to bring tea selections.
