    Food was cold and had to be sitting there for awhile before it was brought out. Chili was like broth. Fish tacos were ice cold. Pizza was cold. Burger was cold. The only thing warm were the onion rings.

    Good afternoon. I would like to apologize for your experience with us last night. We always do our best to get the freshest food out as quickly as possible. If it's alright with you, I'd love to send you a complimentary card and invite you and your friends and family back in the future for a better meal.     Good food, good atmosphere. Very slow with drinks was the only critical issue.

    At one point our waitress started crying bc she was so overwhelmed and the cooks in the back were not doing their job. Everyone’s food was wrong bc of the cook. The waitress was trying her best. I felt so bad for her. Eventually the manager came to our table to apologize. People who came after us got their food and ate and paid and left before we even got our food. We won’t be back

    Food is always delicious and consistent every time we eat here. Staff is extremely friendly and always courteous. It’s a great place to eat with our friends and family.

    Rusty bucket is always our go to Place to have a good meal and chill out without paying a fortune. Both the liberty Township and Mason Deerfield locations are always clean and well managed with excellent service and delicious food. Our server on Wednesday night was very knowledgeable and attentive and friendly. Most restaurants this day and age lack good customer service however this is not one of them. Customer service is always excellent. Food comes out hot and delicious in a very timely manner.

    Timing of drinks and food was perfect. Sever needs to smile but provided good service. Enjoyed our food.

    With a reservation I had zero wait. Good choices of drinks/appetizers. Once we decided to order pur dinner it was prepared quickly. Definitely going back.
