Rusty Bucket is a casual neighborhood tavern serving the highest quality food and beverage in a “come as you are” setting. Scratch kitchens, fresh cocktails, and the perfect pour are our craft.     Called for a reservation for 10 people and were told we couldn’t be accommodated. Asked to split the group up with a 6/4 table near each other - again we were told no. Booked online with open table a 6 /4 table within -15 minutes of seating time. At 7:45 pm and 8 Pm. Received a phone call from the server as we accidentally booked one 6 table and two 4 tables. We confirmed we wanted just a 6/4 table and everything seemed straightened out. Received another phone call from the hostess telling us she can’t accommodate our party. I questioned her as we already had two reservations through open table and how can she not accommodate us? Not a very pleasant conversation - She let us know we wouldn’t be sitting near each other and we let her know that was perfectly fine and We would show up early for open seating as well. Our party started arriving at 7:30pm and greeted by a not very friendly hostess. She pointed out our tables and we said that would work. Our 4 teenagers were sat immediately in the bar area but she stated we would have to wait for the 6 top to be seated for a bit. Again it was fine for us as we watched the empty 6 top that was waiting for us. We were sat 15 minutes later in the vacant table. We agreed with whatever the restaurant was offering for seating and just felt our business was not wanted and very uncomfortable with how the hostess was treating us. The restaurant had numerous open tables so we don’t understand why they couldn’t accommodate us. Megan our server for both tables turned the whole situation around as she appreciated our business last night. Can’t say enough praise about her turning the uncomfortable situation. Next time we are in the area for soccer tournaments - we will take our party to a restaurant that appreciates having customers.

    Celebrating my husband's 80th birthday at the Mason location . Everything was great from making reservations to ordering drinks, appetizers, pizza and chocolate cake. Our party of 6 had a great time!!! Happy Hour was definitely happy for our celebration!! Our waiter Logan B was very professional and friendly and efficient. He is a great addition to the Rusty Bucket family!

    Food was tasty, served quickly and cooked to perfection. Server was polite and very accommodating. Friendly hostess and overall atmosphere.

    We had a nice early dinner. Food and cocktails were both very good.

    Hadn’t been here in a while but used to come all the time. Could not believe the prices! WOW! 18.99 for the salad I always get. Will not be coming back.

    Had to go get our own menu, food was cold, appetizer was gross (cheese dip), server was nice but never refilled drinks, hostess was and idiot, we will not go back! Over priced for mediocre food.

    Food had good flavor. Waitress did a nice job. Slight issue - kitchen was a bit overwhelmed. Mashed potatoes were actually cold. but nothing that a short time in the microwave isn't take care of. Lobster bisque was outstanding.
