Rusty Bucket is a casual neighborhood tavern serving the highest quality food and beverage in a “come as you are” setting. Scratch kitchens, fresh cocktails, and the perfect pour are our craft. Our reservation was for 10 & out on the patio. I arrived a few minutes after some of our party & they were sitting inside. We really wanted outside since we had 3 kids. (Its’s less distracting to others outside) anyway, I questioned the hostess & they ended up moving us which I appreciated! Service was okay, took quite awhile to get waited on (had to ask for a waiter) but food was good!

Somewhat disappointed, we requested to be seated out of sun on patio but were informed that the blinds could no longer be put down and that there was no place on patio that sun would not be hitting us also that it would be very warm so we chose to sit inside. They need to get blinds that work and can be lowered, on warm sunny days we have a large group that enjoy sitting on patio’s so we will go elsewhere in future

I had the turkey burger with all of the toppings that go on the bacon burger. My husband had the El Cubano. We both had adult beverages. I had the always-awesome margarita and he had the equally-awesome Tanqueray and tonic. We have no complaints. Our meals were great. The turkey was quite moist and flavorful. The bacon and cheese on it just enhanced it. I had the onion rings which initially came out cold but this was immediately remedied. The Cubano had a lot of flavor and would be ordered again. Jacob was a great server who was attentive without hovering which is always a plus. The manager came by to greet us and check on our meal and service. I informed her that I wasn't aware that the sandwich would be on a sesame bun, I'm allergic, and she immediately provided options to address it. I just removed all that I saw and I was fine. We enjoyed our meal and, of course, will return.

We arrived 30 minutes before our reservation but the hostess seated us very quickly. The waitress recommended the chicken parm and I couldn’t have been more pleased! It was excellent! We both loved the atmosphere! We will be back!

I was very disappointed in my latest visit. We were seated at 6:20 p.m. and did not have anyone come over to the table to acknowledge us until 6:35. I received my food, chicken parmesan, and immediately asked for additional marinara sauce. Almost 20 minutes later the additional sauce was brought to the table. By then, my food was cold. During this entire time, we observed our server going to tables next to us, behind us, and in front of us asking them about their meal, but we never received the same courtesy. The next time we saw her was when she asked "are you ready for boxes"? I told her about my meal being cold and she said that "it was hot when I brought it to you." I told her that I was unable to eat it without the additional sauce because it wasn't enough for me. Her comment was "are you telling me you didn't eat any of it"? I was offended to say the least. I told her I did not want the food. I did not enjoy my meal. Although she did offer to have another order placed, I told her I needed to leave the restaurant within the next 20 minutes. She sighed and said she would take it off my bill. Not happy with this service at all. Not sure if I should continue to come here or not.

McKenna was personable and friendly. She checked on us without hovering. The adult beverages, Tanqueray and tonic and margaritas, were very good. The Trio was very tasty with a Caesar salad and French Onion soup. The Shrimp Scampi was delicious and although the second French Onion soup was overcooked, that was quickly corrected. Great experience. We'll return.

Great, food, first time there. One of the best hamburgers I’ve ever had, The fries had some kind of seasoning that was delicious. I will definitely be adding it to my favorites list.

Initially, our server had a lack luster demeanor. She didn't smile and we didn't feel welcomed. However, she appeared to get somewhat better as the evening war on. She had to leave, she said to pick up her children and provided us with a server in her place. Place. The second server, Taylor was awesome. She was lively and full of energy and smiles which we appreciate it. The food was great. We have no complaints other than the spinach artichoke dip and chips was underwhelming. More chips than dip. However, the loaded nachos with chicken was not to be beaten. The adult beverages were awesome. As always. We will return.

Great experience. We had our end of year dinner. The server was great. We had the brussel sprouts and pickles and spinach queso as appetizers. All delicious. I had the reuben, cole slaw, and double nickel salad for dinner

The restaurant wasn't crowded, even though there were several groups of kids having dinner before Homecoming. We were seated right away & the server had our drinks and took our order within 5 minutes, Once he brought our food, we had to ask him for napkins & silverware. After 5 minutes, I gave up and went to the hostess stand and asked them. The hostess provided us with our missing utensils. We had to ask another server for refills on our beverages ~ which we didn't get until we were almost finished with our dinner ~ and we only got becuase we were able to get the attention of a different server.

The food was good. The service was efficient. The Rusty Bucket team worked well together as several people checked on us. I liked being able to make a reservation on a Saturday night for less than six people.

I've been to this Rusty Bucket many times. Everything was very good. With the size of our group we had to be seated outside. Normally that's not a problem but the problem you have to watch out for is the sunset. It was very tough on our guest facing the west for about an hour and a half. Besides that, everything was great and our waitress was exceptional.

We actually arrived for our reservation early and they were able to sit us within 5 mins. Our waiter was very pleasant and excellent. Food was good.

Good food. We both had the Buffalo chicken sandwich w/sweet potato fries instead of chips. Great about handling requests, like extra sauce on the side, no tomato, etc. Our waitress was excellent. She made suggestions from the menu, informed us of any specials. She didn't make a pest of herself, checking on us constantly. We were able to eat and converse as we pleased. She was a good level of attentive and offered drink refills without us even having to ask. Good casual place to eat and visit. Pricing is the only thing that would keep me from going too often, paying over $20+ a piece for lunch.

The waitress was friendly, but could have come by more often to check on the table. Also, extra napkins would have been helpful. Food was good, but we had to get hotter fries.

We were pleasantly surprised that the food was so good. I had the reuben sandwiched it was very good. The Mexican corn salad was very spicy, overall good.

Overall, a great venue for a family birthday party. Overall food was very good, however, some of my wife's entre was cold when food was delivered and we had to send it back. Service was outstanding.

We had 6:30 reservations for outside. They had us down for inside. We should have taken the table inside because the sun was setting and the sun was directly on the people at the end of the table when we arrived. The manager refused to lower the shade even halfway. By the end of the dinner the sun was directly on the entire table and we were taking turns holding an umbrella to shade the table. We would have gone inside but it was too cold inside for a few of the people. Food was okay but below the level of an Applebees, Friday’s or Chili’s. They brought the food out but two orders were mixed up so they had to take them back to the kitchen. There was paper found in my mashed potatoes. At this point I was done with the place. The manager did take that meal off the bill. The server was nice, the people around us were nice. Bathroom was adequately clean. It’s a sad thing. I will not need to visit them again. There are other choices just next door, across and down the street.

Other than the fact I was served the wrong entree, which was corrected immediately, and the noisy table b ehind us it was very enjoyable. The service was good and the food delicious.
