Everyone loved their food: meatloaf, Club sandwich, Ruben, and chicken fingers. The server was great. Nice place to eat with a group of friends.

I arrived ten minutes early for my reservation and was taken to a table in the bar area. I had hoped to order an appetizer and drink before the other two members of the party arrived. I sat there for at least ten minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Finally, the server showed up with a glass of water and then walked away. I thought maybe she wasn’t the server for my table. About ten minutes later, the server returns and I ask if I can order an appetizer (nachos and chicken) and a drink. She leaves and 5-7 minutes later, she returns to ask if I wanted chicken or beef on the nachos! Needless to say, the rest of the party arrived and there was no appetizer at the table. I informed my guests that the service as VERY SLOW so they ordered drinks and their entrees. At this point, I still have not received the drink I ordered ~20 minutes ago. The nachos were very good but the Cuban sandwich was crusty and cold and the margarita pizza was soggy. We typically eat at the Rusty Bucket in New Albany, Ohio and the service, drinks and food never disappoints. The Rusty Bucket in Bexley, Ohio seemed short staffed with subpar food and service.
