Russian Vodka Room invites guests to spend time with friends while savoring quality vodka and Russian delicacies. Decorated with wooden furniture, artwork and chandeliers, the restaurant creates an ambience of a traditional Russian home.

Its menu features caviar, borscht, duck liver pate, meat dumplings and other appetizers, as well as herring under a fur coat, a typical layered salad. Russian Vodka Room’s patrons can dine on main entrées such as beef stroganoff with kasha, a type of porridge, roast duck with apples, prunes and apricots or breaded and pan-seared sea bass. Farmer’s cheese pancakes with chocolate and other desserts are on the menu, as well. As its name implies, Russian Vodka Room serves a wide selection of vodkas and infusions that range from raspberry and cranberry to ginger and garlic pepper and dill vodka. Visitors can also enjoy live piano and jazz concerts.

Our server Aleksey was amazing with great advices for food and drinks. His sense of humor made our evening even more enjoyable. Food was great in addition to infused vodka. I highly recommend this place.

They had a live musician singing and playing as a phone and he’s incredible. I will return to see him. A total party inside!

This place stay amazingly stable and popular. Reasonably priced, great variety of food, excellent infusion shots, attentive staff, etc. I brought here many people over the years, everyone loved it, and asked for more. This visit was not exception.

The food was exceptionally delicious. We had beef dumplings, a fabulous eggplant salad and a cucumber salad as appetizers; chicken Kiev for dinner. We started with vodka shots. The service was friendly and warm. The lighting is dark and the furnishings a bit old, but that added to the charm in our opinion.

Had an amazing evening at the bar. The bartender woman was amazing, very kind and gentle lady of old age but pleasure to speak to. I enjoyed in house flavoured vodka shots. Tried all the flavours and a must try. Will go there again.

We walked in to the low lighting and qere asked if we wanted to sit up front or the back room. We chose the back room and were seated in a well lit corner. We ordered the 1.5 oz flights. The libations were smooth. The cuisine of potato gravalax and lamb dumplings closed with apple blitzes. We shall return. Great engagement wirh four ladies seated next to us.

Loved the Filthy Martini drink! Not a fancy place but the fact is and drinks were good. We had never had Russian food so it was an experience in that way too.

Stopped for dinner after a show. This place is so wonderful in every way. The ambience is a pleasure! The food is delicious! The service was helpful and swift! Our server was Gigi who spent a great deal of time explaining the menu to us, which was so appreciated. We ordered by Gigi's recommendations and were very highly impressed with everything. The drinks were also amazing. Don't miss this gem! You will need a reservation.

Gem of a place - genuine Russian cuisine and drinks in a prototypical Russian spot. Great choices on the menu, and very well prepared and presented. Decent prices given the location.

They ignored us, we had to ask multiple times for water, and then it was filled with cigarette smoke. The piano was nice and the dumplings were amazing… so at least there was that.

This is really a bar that serves food. Not bar food. Really good Russian food. Good interesting cocktails. We enjoyed everything we ordered. We had herring, beef stroganoff, and lamb shanks and loved them all. Good prices, and it's right in the theater district. Try it.

Took us a while to get sat, even though we had a reservation and they had plenty of open tables, but the sever we had was warm and hospitable. We tried to order our food in courses, but everything came out within 5 mins of the time we ordered, so it made us feel a little rushed and crowded at the table. Not the end of the world, but our hot dishes were cold by the time we got to them. The food itself was quite good and very representative of typical Russian cuisine.

I cannot say enough great things about this wonderful, romantic, quirky restaurant. The food (pate, dumplings, herring with potatoes, beef stroganoff) was delicious and filling; the drinks were strong - mine was a Filthy Russian made with excellent vodka, and we shared a vodka flight of six different and delightful infusions; and our waitress was attentive, funny and sweet. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and we were treated with great warmth by everyone working there. Best of all - we had to make a last minute change in our plans because another restaurant, VinoTapa, waited until Friday night to cancel our rez for a Saturday at 7:00, because they decided to accommodate a party for the entire night rather than honor our rez and those of other diners. But the Russian Vodka Room not only found a pace for us on a Saturday night, but the four of us stayed for FOUR hours and not once did anyone make us feel the least bit uncomfortable about our staying so long. We will be back again and again!!

Outstanding food experience! Lamb shank was out of this world, beef stroganoff, lamb dumplings,aubergine appetizer,pancakes with icecream... everything was amazing. Ignore the politics, these people have nothing to do with it!Go and enjoy some amazing food at an excellent price !
