The whipped ricotta was delicious. My husband had the grouper sandwich & he liked it. It was very large. I had the Ahi tuna tower. It was very tasty. I wouldn’t call it a tower lol. It came with a tiny bit of salad in the middle- not a bed of greens. If I had known that fact, which I did ask about, I would have ordered a side salad. It’s a fun funky place. This was our second time bringing friends. Last time, about a year ago, I had the salmon entree & it was very good.

The pretzel sticks and ricotta apps were very good. Our BLT and crab cake sandwich were outstanding, but the ribs were dry. Overall very good experience.

We went for brunch. After 10 minutes of sitting we asked if we had a server. Restaurant was not busy and there were several workers standing around or doing other tasks. We were given barely warm coffee which was replaced after we asked but no concern about it and we again had to ask for our daughter’s drink. Our food was given to table next to ours even after they said it wasn’t theirs. We told the host who was the only person who was available and he expressed no concern. At this point we were very hungry so we left. There was one worker out of all we saw that seemed to be trying to- remainder seemed to be indifferent at best.

Robin was an excellent server. My small salad was terribly overpriced for what it was. I didn’t get protein with it but it was $14 for mostly lettuce

I have been to Rusk once before and decided to try again as it had just opened when I went previously. The first time, we were served 2 chicken sandwiches completely raw and there was no apology and we still paid full price for the items. The service was not great at all but we chalked it up to being crowded/ just opening. We went again for Mother's Day and the service was once again disappointing. No raw food this time. Overall would not recommend which is unfortunate as it is a cute roof and pretty interior.

It was really disappointing. We went for Mother’s Day, reserved a table for 8. I wish I had just hosted at my house. The food didn’t come out for an hour. It came in three shifts - so we weren’t able to eat together. Worst of all, the manager didn’t stop by our table, no offer to reduce our bill/comp, no apology, no resolution to this upsetting dining experience. The professionalism needs to improve, customer service as well. I hope they fix whatever was wrong. I won’t be back.

Overall good place to eat, service is some very good some still learning. Music is loud but not obnoxious. Very good food, very quick from order to delivery, great value in their pricing. It will remain a go-to for Sunday brunches for me.

Second time there. First time ribs were excellent...second time:awful.sent them back & ordered a burger 🍔. It was ok.
