Ruffinos is always good. I had the seared tuna with broccoli. My tablemates had the lasagna. Everyone was very happy with the food, ambiance and service.

My food was very overcooked to the point I couldn’t eat my veal parm. I’ve been coming here for years and haven’t had bad food till then. The bread was as hard as rock as well. Server kept ignoring me.

Not a good dining experience for the price. My husband’s steak was cold so he sent it back. The waiter forgot anbout our wine. My daughter did not get the fries that were supposed to come with her burger until much later in the meal when we asked for them. The restaurant was not busy so we were surprised that so many things went wrong with our food & service. Our $50 gift card was declined as it expired about 6 weeks ago.

Music was terrible; almost to the point of being off putting. The service was okay excepting the exceptionally long wait between appetizer and entree. I would advice something other than the tuna steak as the portion was smaller than I cared for and I'm not a real big guy. One steak was somewhat over cooked as well. Not worth mentioning if it were a chain or cheaper restaurant; but that wasn't the case. The wait staff was pleasant enough and helpful.

Waygu steak was overcooked and chewy. Fried soft she'll crap was mediocre. Appetizers were very good. Service was excellent but food taste not like it use to be. Inconsistent at best.
