The restaurant is closed, frustrating to be able to book a reservation, plan your night around that reservation and then get there and the doors are locked.

Rudolph's Bar closed during the pandemic according to a person at Rizzo's Bar and Inn next door. We had arrived at 3660 N. Clark, and rang the doorbell, but there was no answer. The bar the next door to the North was closed, so we went one door South to Rizzo's to learn that we would not be dining at Rudolph's. We ate at Rizzo's, then proceeded to the Cubs game.

Food was horrible everything was dry and old the drinks did not look like the picture they were water down and nasty about it I recommend that you do not go here yes they have lights that’s pretty much it, I will never return

Our waitress barely checked on us. Her name was Grace. We had to call other waitresses to get her attention. We even had to call her over when it was time for us to pay because we were sitting there waiting on her to come back. Food was great but too expensive for bar food and drinks, you also need more options And shareables. Hot chocolate tastes like Swiss miss for $12 you could do WAY better.

Great Xmas outing, usual bar food menu. Kids loved the decor!

a great place to spend the Christmas holidays, food , decoration and service excellent, the drinks seemed expensive for the real size (fill the glass with ice and decorations)

That medium mojito cost $35!!! And it was cheap liquor. If you are going to charge that amount it should be top shelf liquors. Overall the experience was very festive.

Bar was redressed as a holiday pop up. Several of the promoted items were not available. Ice cream machine was broken, so all the desserts were not available, even though they were still advertising them on Instagram that day. None of the Christmas beers advertised were available. Pretty generic experience overall.

Very disappointed drive an hour to find out the ice cream machine wasn’t working! Our server also did not know answers to many questions we asked. disappointed visit
