Disappointed that menu was limited from what was online. No Gluten-free menu makes this limited to my choices. Although my meal was tasty (you cant get raw wrong), it was overpriced and we left hungry. Nice DJ music. Cool ambience and trendy makes it a nice place if thats what your lookong for.

Waitress was horrible. Rude and took forever to get us our food. I asked for a second drink and never got it. Never came to refill our water. Didn't even provide the basics like soy sauce for sushi. She hardly came to check on us and it was hard to flag her down. It made our dining experience bad which sucks because the food is good. When she asked how everything was I told her the service was good and she was unapologetic.

It was Valentine’s and the staff seemed unprepared. Food and drinks took a very long time. Food was okay but at the prices they charge at $80 for a subpar nigiri platter, it was underwhelming.

Best Omakase I’ve had on Long Island. Service was great. Owner Lee extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely go back.

Food was beyond amazing. The restaurant is beautiful and had a cool vibe but the service was so awful. I haven’t seen such awful service in such a long time. Took 30 minutes for me to get my cocktail and my boyfriend to get his Diet Coke. Our starters and entrees came out together and barely fit on their small tables and the waitress was disgustingly rude. I wish I could go back because of how good the food was but not with service like that.

The food and the drinks are always delicious. A recent experience had 5 woman all saying how delicious the food was and they want to bring friends/family back. Green Dragon roll is a favorite and how can the edamame be this good. Try it!

We were disappointed that the menu had been cut down to only appetizers and sushi . Their website had not been updated and ALL entrees have been eliminated.

The decor of Rozu is very nice. There was three of us in my party and we all felt the food was just ok. Nothing that would make us return. It’s a shame because if the food matched the atmosphere they would do very well.
