This was a nice little spot if you’re in the financial district. Although the food options are not variable, they did have great drinks. The interior design inside is also very pleasing. The music also was diverse which is also appreciated. Give this spot an overall 8/10.

Overall really great experience! The cocktail selection was diverse and I really enjoyed my drink. The food selection however was the opposite- I know this is a cocktail bar but the food selection felt weird and random. The food did taste good but I think there needs to be a little more variety, I think it just did not make sense for the vibe of the place. Service and atmosphere was wonderful!

We were 15 minutes late looking for parking; I called the restaurant and they were very understanding and accomodating. We ordered several things (fries, chicken wings, Buffalo cauliflower bites, and blistered peppers); they were all delicious and a good amount for the price. I ordered a Fever Dream (Mezcal drink) which was wonderful, though a bit pricey. My date ordered a non-alcoholic drink which was disappointing and over priced (essentially Sprite with a splash of fruit juice for $9). The vibe of the room/decor was cool and confortable (though at least one song was more annoying than mood enhancing). My only real complaint was the service. Our waitress/server wasn’t belatedly rude, but she was extremely negligente. She didn’t ever seem interested in us, didn’t offer menus or tell us about the QR code until we asked, and never checked back to see how any of the food or drinks were. She also failed to refill our water glasses until we sought her out and asked. The pros were strong enough to try it again, but I wouldn’t sit in her section.

I ordered the a hibiscus tea + rose drink here that did not taste like alcohol and was too sweet. The ambiance was nice but it was way too congested and the back wasn't open.

We were seated and no one brought us water or took our drink order. We ended up leaving after waiting for 15 minutes. Ambience was wonderful. Beautifully decorated.

I went for my birthday with my friends and I gotta say that it was a perfect plan. Despite of reading all the bad reviews of service, it wasn’t bad at all. The cocktails where amazing it’s just The food that wasn’t that good at all. But other than that I would recommend if you plan to have a chill girls night out.

Nice atmosphere and music, we were a bit ignored by staff and unclear that what we ordered would have upcharges. I would return with a preference for seating and expectation of what the charges would be.

A unique dining/drinking experience for Boston. Pretty decor and setting. Fun menu for interesting cocktails and food. We ordered three appetizers and we were surprised by the quality and quantity of food! Excellent wings, fries and brussel sprouts. Piping hot fresh and delicious and a great value.

I have been working in restaurants since I was 15 and this waitress was horrible. She could not be bothered and constantly rolled her eyes. It ruin the experience that we were looking forward to. We did not get her name but were very disappointed by the experience

The drinks were great. The food was good. Our waitress was the most miserable human I’ve ever encountered. She kept ignoring us, and didn’t ever smile. Thank god for the girl refilling waters or we would have never gotten any more drinks. Cool for one time, wouldn’t go back

Roxanne’s is a great place for a cocktail and cheap (but yummy) snacks in Boston. It definitely is loud in there and when we were there it was a little hot. Incredible value compared to other places in the city. Ambiance was amazing and decor was top notch. Friendly staff, but they could have checked in on us more - we would have ordered more drinks if they had. Overall would highly recommend going for some drinks.

My friends and I ove the atmosphere of Roxanne’s! All of the drinks that we ordered were amazing. I had the Staycation, and I loved the taste and presentation with the flower. We ordered the fries and they came out quickly and were so good.

We walked into Roxanne’s and the hostess barely looked at us and didn’t say one word to us, it was awkward and weird. Once we sat down at the table the waitress said she was going to bring us waters, that never happened. She brought us silverware and my fork was dirty so I asked for a new one, she never brought me a new one. We got our drinks and before I even had one sip i accidentally tipped the very wobbly table and my drink fell over and the glass broke. The waitress came over, did not say one word to us the entire time, and we used one of the other napkins to clean it up. She did not ask if I wanted another drink, she quite literally did not say one word to us, then never came back. Once we got our food, I had to go up to the bar to get another drink. We also had 1 napkin to share between the 3 of us because she never brought more over. We asked for the check, and she charged me for the drink I didn’t not take one sip of, plus the glass that I accidentally broke. Service was absolutely terrible & we will not be going there again.
