It was really dead and empty at 11pm. We came there for after dinner drinks and music and fun and it was sleepy.

So here’s why we won’t be returning: let me start by saying the service was 5 star fantastic. The problem is they had a great menu, which was already small food offerings, everyone knows you need a little bit of substance if you’re drinking.. basically they stripped it down and failed to update their website. you go there thinking you will have a little dinner lots of drinks and a great time entertainment was great, but nothing good for food offerings anymore. The website not being updated was a problem because we all looked before hand thinking we don’t need to have dinner elsewhere. We can just make a meal out of something there not true. They had a great small burger and a small portion of linguine pasta with lobster that was amazing. They tried to replace them with mini wagyu sliders, meh they didn’t hold a candle to the burger at all. You need to work on bringing items back to the menu. Very disappointed as we counted on those to be available, and as I said they are still on your menu online! Fix this. Even the waitress was frustrated that was changed a few months ago, and not updated. Service was great however.

Friday night ambiance with Downtown Avenue was a 10/10….unfortunately drinks and service were very much lacking. If you’re looking for good live music I would recommend but I would not come back for the drinks.

We reserved after viewing the menu on the website and looking forward to fine dining with live music. We got dressed up for the rouge room theme and my friend flew in from out of town. Upon arrival we asked the hostess to sit near the band, she said she only had a back booth and table over to the far back side with partial view. The tables in the center around the band remained empty all night (maybe you’re supposed to slip her a 100 tip?) There was no fine dining menu, it’s been changed it to a small offering of bar food which the staff said was marginally good. The band was great everything else was disappointing and weird.

The ambiance in Rouge Room is enchanting. Our server, Robin, was beautiful & attentive. The drinks divine, the small bite sliders were delicious, full of smokey premium beef flavor and the live music was entertaining. The chicken fingers were a 9 not a ten. Our eats and drinks were delivered quickly and the decor is gorgeous.

Amazing and talented musicians. Franky Perez, Christian Brady and friends were entertaining with great music. Beautiful atmosphere and great service. Very limited food selection.

We have visited the Rouge Room a few times since last summer, and every visit the service was awful. Ambience, food, great. We thought we would try it one more time, and this time, our waitress was on point. First time I have ever seen good service here. We didn't even notice others having issues with service, which we normally do as well. So well done on training the staff. We will be back.

I will go back with my man everything I requested for the birthday they had which was a champagne toast and birthday dessert with a candle.c The staff was very attentive and went above and beyond it was very relaxing soothing and enjoyable with a live band. you can't beat the ambience

Food menu was subpar. Was not the same that was shown on their website. Food was just ok. Waitress disappeared and hardly checked in on us. Ambiance was very nice.

Underwhelming. Seated 15 after reservation, not too bad but standing around while there is visible available seating is not a good first impression. Looong wait for order and for delivery. $19 cocktails watered down by the time they hit the table and just… meh. Sorry to say, same for the entertainment

Room is great, singer was top notch, drinks were great, but waitress staff was kind of clueless at times to what we wanted and asked of. bartender was great, bus staff was awesome, room temp was too freaking hot need to work on AC

Ambience was great. Live music, courteous waitress. It took awhile to get our waitress back to the table for ordering, so perhaps having some more waiters/waitresses might be helpful for patrons. We could have ordered a lot more drinks, but it took too long in between ordering and receiving our drinks. This is in no way our waitress' fault. She was doing her best. Easy to make reservations. Courteous hosts in the front. Will def bring my friends and clientele back here.

Very lovely place inside. I am a Las Vegas local and love little gems. However, was extremely disappointed as we had a reservation for 745 and we finally got sat well after 830. What is the point of having a reservation is you are going to seat us over 45 min late? I was very kind to the host stand and asked a couple times and they just kept saying a “few” more min. I think the most frustrating by part is that tons of people were coming well after us and being let inside. Now, I understand some may have been for the bar. After 45 min hit I asked again and now the gentleman at the stand said just couples of 2 are leaving. We were only 4! I don’t know, it just was inexcusable. Once finally inside it took well over 30 min between each round to get our drinks. It seemed that they only had 2 cocktail servers that I saw. So maybe that is par of the problem. Cocktails were great, food was not fantastic. The caviar toasts were the best. I don’t think I would go again. Not sure it’s worth making a reservation, but you can try.

Overall we enjoyed the evening, it is pretty inside, great ambiance, we enjoyed the piano player and the food was very good too. The cocktails, however, were overpriced and were primarily filled with ice, especially the Winter wonderland specialty cocktails. We would go back again, but only order ‘shots’ or wine to drink.

Really had a wonderful time here. Great spot to hang after dinner somewhere - we did not get to enjoy the food here but it looked delicious when we saw others get their dishes. Our server was outstanding and we had a great table. So comfy with the big couch and cozy chairs. Our drinks were great. Music was great by a pianist and a singer. Had a dj between sets. All in all a perfect spot to enjoy a night out. Definitely recommend.
