ROSTI TUSCAN KITCHEN is a neighborhood quality Italian restaurant. All our sauces are made from scratch. We pride ourselves by featuring delicious flavors of Tuscany like specialty salads, pastas, sea food, wood-fired pizzas, Panini and our famous Matone Brick Pressed Chicken. We also serve home-made Ravioli and gnocchi, delicious soups, sandwiches and wide range of gluten free choices! Come dine al fresco on our beautiful outdoor patio or call us for take-out or delivery! Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten-free Menus are also available. An ideal restaurant for families, Rosti offers convenient parking and great value.     Rosti is fine if you want fast, casual dinning. The chucked a d salmon are good and reasonably priced. I’m not crazy about the pasta and pizza as they’re quite saucy. I prefer the more authentic style used a Eataly. But overall this is a nice place, great for families or a casual place to have a quick meal with friends. Tisconova, which is across the street has more high quality cuisine, but it’s significantly more expensive snd less casual. I guess, Tosconova would be better suited for a special occasion.

    Service is always slow, but the food is good. The Blackened Chicken Cesar Sandwich was so good!

    Delicious food, great service, reasonable prices. Love dining on their patio. Inside can get a bit loud. Highly recommend.

    I had called to request a change from the outdoor patio to inside the restaurant. The girl who I spoke to said she changed it but that didn’t happen. So we ended up sitting outside. I ordered the chicken piccata which was a very thin slice of chicken and no taste to it. The sauce was bland. The potatoes were stale. To top it off they charged us 18 percent extra for our party of more than 6. I thought restaurants are legally not allowed to do that. The waiter was very nice but no one came around to ask how our food was. That was very surprising for a restaurant in Calabasas. Anyways, I tried it but will not be returning.

    The service at McDonalds is better than this place! I seriously never had worse service. Our dirty dishes sat on the table for over 30 min until I actually had to get up and ask someone to clear our table. I had to get up again after an additional 15 minutes and ask for our check. They automatically added an 18% gratuity as we had a party of 8 so they had no interest in providing any customer service. The interior of the restaurant feels like a cold cafeteria with very uncomfortable seating and it was very loud. For the $300 we spent (no alcohol) there are much better options to pick from in Calabasas. We will not be back!!

    This is a local restaurant, we've been here before. Mike, our server, was terrific! Everyone who works there is very nice and helpful. Tonight the food was a little off unfortunately. We ordered the bolognaise and roasted chicken lasagna. The bolognaise was delicious. The lasagna, although tasty, was mostly cheese, couldn't even find any chicken. I ended up eating pasta and sauce mostly. Too much cheese. Carrot cake for dessert was delicious! They were out of the creme brule so we substituted tiramisu which is usually very good but last night it was cold and watery, almost as if it were defrosted prior to serving. We will be back though, happy to give them the benefit of an off night. It's usually quite good.
