Join us for an ITALIAN CULINARY NIGHT in Newberg, OR! The Purest Italian cuisine & wine pairing masterfully created by chef Dario. The event is a 21 & over (ID REQUIRED) with 2 seating at 5 PM & 7:30 PM. Doors open 30 minutes prior for cocktails. Chef Dario will guide you through a 5 Courses dinner, with his authentic Italian accent, fun storytelling & wine knowledge. The ticket price includes 5 courses meal paired with 5 different wines & Gratuity. The food and service was excellent. Only complaints were the AC was too cool. Next time we'll ask for a table away from the blowing AC vents. Also, to the noise level was higher than we remember from the last time we were there. I wish there was a little more sound proofing in the dining area. Still, we're looking forward to dining there again.

This is our very favorite restaurant and our choice for special occasions. It never, and I mean never, disappoints. Wait staff on 5/17 was delightful and knowledgeable about the menu and wine. Dario, as always, provides an infectious, warm, energy to the dining experience.

The gnocchi was absolutely perfect and the lamb sauce incredible! The roasted beet and truffle burrata is ridiculous! Best staff any where! Thank you, Dario & Sheena!

My wife and I decided to give Rosmarino a try for our anniversary dinner based on her research for a good local, authentic Italian restaurant. All I can say is WOW, Rosmarino far surpassed our expectations! We went in knowing it would be good, but it took our expectations and amplified them. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a lively Italian bistro, but not loud an intruding and conversations could easily be carried and heard at a normal tone. The menu is simple, but a good simple and it really allows them to focus on making their food right every time. Prices were fair considering the amount of work that has to go into quality, handmade food that is not processed in any way. The flavor of each dish definitely speaks to the overall quality and passion that go into making it. The owner even has their own olive oil made by a farm in Italy, and imported to be served in Rosmarino...WOW again!! Finally, it comes down to the owner that really sold the whole experience for us. He was incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in, and continued to mill around the restaurant checking in with guests and saying hello to everyone while cooking and serving as well! Overall, a 10/10 experience and my wife and I will definitely be back as well as recommending it to family and friends!

The best Mother’s Day lunch! He even made orange cannolis that were so good. We had a wonderful time and everyone loved their food! Even our picky eater loved the pizza :)

We wnet on Mother's Day Sunday, it was Pizza and Noche day at Rosemarino, with a special Noche for the day. The food was great, We had a Prosciutto and Burrata appetizer, as well as a Salad before the Noche, which tasted fantastic. The Noche we each ordered were also great, everyone in our party loved it, and ate everything. The Chef also made and Orange zested Canoli for desert. We'll definitely go back again.

We had the most wonderful lunch! Each pasta dish was so flavorful and you could tell that the pasta was homemade. The roasted Brussels sprout salad was unique and refreshing. Our server was friendly and quite knowledgeable. We will definitely be back. Can’t wait to try one of the wine-paired dinners!

Every visit to Rosmarino is an incredible dining experience! The staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to make sure everyone has a wonderful time. The food is always fresh, delicious and beautiful, cocktails are amazing and come decorated to perfection. When I can’t decide what to choose, the servers menu recommendations have never disappointed.

WOW! Rosmarino’s did not disappoint! Our wonderful server Maddie took care of us for our anniversary and gave insightful recommendations for our menu choices. Every dish we had was immaculate and masterfully made. The manager even greeted us at our table and helped us make another reservation. I can’t wait to eat here again!

We were in Oregon for my birthday to experience the gorgeous Willamette Valley! This restaurant came highly recommended and now we know why! We dined on a Sunday, the pizza gnocchi day and wow!! The pizza was a divine appetizer and the gnocchi (we had the one with Mascarpone cheese) melted in our mouths!! Everything is made from scratch and we loved it! The only recommendation I would suggest offering a few Willamette Valley Pinot Noirs to compliment the heavier Italian wines.

So much fun! We did the 7:30 Saturday dinner and it was fabulous. High spirited and great vibe. Maybe like being in Italy?! Food was very good, meat was unforgettably tender and tasty. I would I have liked a few of the dishes a bit warmer, but forgivable in this setting.

I love that Dario comes out of the kitchen and visits with his guests to make sure everything tastes as good as it should. His standards for food preparation are incredible - I can't imagine a single thing on the menu that we wouldn't enjoy. The food is absolutely delicious and the fact that he cares so deeply just makes it a joy to be there. All of the wait staff were phenomenal as well - so very friendly and ready to make a suggestion between dishes if you ask. They just want you to be happy - and we certainly have been every time we've been there.

Oh my gosh....we ate here while spending three days in Oregon's wine country. The service was outstanding. We had multiple servers (love the model of multiple waiters) - all engaging and professional. Food was amazing. I had the ravioli - delicious, not heavy....some of the best I've ever eaten. My sisters shared the pesto pasta and bolognese - it was fabulous. We topped our meals off with gelato. We highly recommend Rosmarinos.

Wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious, the service was attentive. It's a big open room, so a big loud, but not too bad. Best cannoli I have ever had here or in Italia. Will definitely be returning.
