We opened the doors to Puschka in 2001 and since then, we've been building up quite a reputation for good food and good service. Some kind soul described Puschka as "a hidden gem with a warm, welcoming atmosphere". And really, that's what we're all about.

Hire our restaurant dining room for a birthday celebration, small wedding/civil partnership or anniversary. Reflecting the Georgian Quarter’s creative atmosphere, the French-oak paneled dining room has an ever-changing art collection and is the ideal space for a get together of up to 44 people. We can also arrange musicians, party décor or multi-media appliances. The restaurant is also available to use as an informal and interesting board / meeting room during the day.

The whole experience was excellent. The restaurant has a really nice casual relaxed atmosphere which matches the decor. Nothing was too much trouble for the very professional yet friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the minute we walked in. The food was absolutely superb, and just the right sized portions for a tasting menu. We think it was good value for the high quality food and wine we had and will definitely be retuning.

This time was a Thursday lunch and the restaurant was quieter with only a couple of bookings. The experience was still excellent with the team serving excellent food and service. Just lovely!

We had a lovely lunch catch up with friends the menu was tweaked slightly to accomodate us all by the extremely attentive staff. They explained every course and even helped with the wine...cant wait to go back

I absolutely love this place for special occasions treats and so on …. Or in general as it’s amazing… I just don’t get the service charge for 2 people in my opinion if you can afford to eat here you will leave a good tip any way …. But it won’t stop me coming back this place it legend ❤️❤️❤️

Perfect ! We went for dinner, to celebrate an anniversary and we couldn't whish for a better place. I'm also pregnant and the wonderfull team adapted the meals and the drinks. I had excellent non alcoholic cocktails. We are french and the team was also very patient, comprehensive and funny when we didn't understand the meals explenation. It is a great restaurant !

Food was fine; good flavors. Service was abysmal. 30 minutes between courses is not a dining experience, it's an endurance competition. Very disappointed

First visit to Roski following a recommendation from friends. Dined at lunchtime at the set menu. Two options for each course. Selected the lamb for my main, and the cheeseboard to follow. Food excellent, particularly the cheese board which comprised six delicious cheeses. We also both enjoyed the main course. All in all, a memorable dining experience, and we will definitely return.

Love the food there, delicious as last time. We went for the set lunch menu and felt it was a good value for money. Decent portion size for a three courses fine dinning menu, didn't left hungry like some other places. Will defo go back soon.

Fantastic afternoon at Roski. We were there to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday, and it certainly didn’t let us down, the food was amazing, service was fantastic and we felt very well looked after. One of our daughter is a pescatarian, she was really well catered for and was really happy with her dishes. It’s definitely a place to go for a celebration, I’m just thinking now of the next celebration so we can return 😂

We had the tasting meal. Each course was explained to us. The food was delicious beautifully presented. The beef tartare was exquisite. It was a special experience.Even the coffee and petit fours.

£35 for a wonderful set lunch was incredible value, given that we were brought excellent bread & 3 delicious butters before our starters. And the petit fours with coffee were outstanding. The actual 3 courses were delicious. Not sure why there aren’t more reasonably priced wines on the list (and a slight niggle - my margarita was a little weak & too packed with ice.) Would highly recommend Roski for the food. And thank you for the knowledgeable, charming staff!

The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Personally I found the decor not to my taste and it could be improved upon….for example ditch the plastic flowers and Perspex table dividers. The food itself was truly excellent and nothing above would stop me from returning. Special shout out to the sommelier who was fabulous. A true natural.

Quite simply, Roski is the best restaurant in Liverpool and possibly amongst the very best in the north west. This was my second experience of the tasting menu which, once again, demonstrated the imaginative cuisine of the chef. The menu offers a highly attractive mix of dishes which are extremely well prepared and presented, delivering a wide range of hugely enjoyable flavours and tasting experiences. I would also recommend choosing the wine pairing with the menu since the selections offer an excellent complement to the various dishes and are presented in a clear and informative manner. Obviously, this is not a low cost restaurant but, like most things, you get what you pay for and there is no doubt in my mind that Roski is full value for the excellent dining experience it provides.

The food was out of this world. I’m not a big foodie like my wife so I don’t normally get all hype. However, Rossi has changed my mind. The food was amazing, I wasn’t drinking but my wife had the wine accompaniment and it enhanced her experience. The sommelier was knowledgable, friendly and funny. He was a top guy. All the staff were amazing and I cannot thank them enough for the experience. We will certainly be back and I am gutted I haven’t been sooner. Big thanks to all the team front and back of house for a fantastic evening.

This was a truly amazing experience. Utterly faultless, amazing flavours and excellent service. Food beautifully cooked and presented. Really enjoyed the accompanying wine flight with the tasting menu served by the knowledgeable and friendly Ash. I’m not in Liverpool too often but I’ll definitely be eating in Roski again when I do return. Thank you guys for a memorable lunch of 3.5 hours!!! Highly recommended.

Roski's is an excellent restaurant. The food was amazing, as were all of the staff. Shout out to Ash, the Sommelier, he was really good and a lovely person also! Food was outstanding, all presented so well and tasted delicious.

Although the food was very good and interesting it was overpriced in my opinion. Also, the choice of music was questionable and too loud, I’d suggest that background music isn’t really necessary or appropriate in this dining ambience. I’m also pretty sure that the hand soap, although contained in a Molton Brown bottle, was not actually Molton Brown.

I wear my heart on my sleeve and say how it is . Honesty is the best policy as the truth is reality. I reserved on the strength of the positive reviews, obvious master chef 2012 winner and a Michelin star to add to his list of catering accolades. Reserved our sitting for 6 pm, arrived 5.35pm entered an empty restaurant through an open door and was asked if we had a reservation. Yes we replied 6 o'clock. And we were totally shocked by how unprofessionally we were ushered away and told to come back at 6 o'clock because they were not open until 6. Very unprofessional customer service, we were totally shocked to be turned away when we could have easily been seated and offered a beverage whilst we waited. We were not informed that our 6 o'clock reservation was their opening time and we had to be there on the dot of 6. We have dined at many exclusive restaurants and have never experienced unprofessional customer service like this . When we returned , we were seated and our Roski experience began. We were so looking forward to the tasting menu... We were very disappointed with your quality of the food. I have to say that we are not the type of people who purposefully bad review businesses in any way. We are so disappointed with the quality of your food. Nothing we ate had any wow factor at all. Bland , not seasoned ,over priced, over hyped. The wine to compliment each course was perfect but again over priced for a few sips per course. The service was excellent thanks to your knowledgable staff but the food was disappointing. £580 for bland unimaginative food was extremely disappointing. I sincerely hope that you can take positive criticism and build your menu with your gift. regards John and Diane

This is no doubt one of Liverpool’s best restaurants but having been here twice now I won’t go back. The food was good and the staff are fab but that magic something is missing.
