Please call for reservations over 6 guests. We accommodate parties of any size.

Rooftop now open on a first come first serve basis. Reservations will NOT be taken for the rooftop. Rooftop hours of operation vary based on weather and private party bookings.

Rooftop requests are not rooftop reservations and will not be honored. We will do our best to accommodate requests.

Brunch will be served Saturday & Sunday until 2pm

Happy hour Monday-Thursday 3-6pm (1st floor bar only. We do NOT accept reservations for happy hour. Please call ahead and we'll be happy to tell you how full the bar is)

For nearly 50 years, Alex Dana’s Rosebud Restaurants have set the standard for Italian fare in Chicago. Rosebud Randolph will be Alex Dana’s 9th location, featuring a 3-level space including a rooftop, located in Millennium Park.
A 3% Surcharge will be added to every check. We will be happy to remove this by request.

Very average food. Extremely slow poor surface. Felt almost like a chain Italian restaurant. It’s lost. It’s kind of high-end touch.

Lovely place right on Millennium Park across from the Harris Theater. Easy to get to. The chopped salad I had was outstanding.

The service was absolutely amazing! It was late on Mother’s Day and they were so kind to try to bring my friend a rose to celebrate her. The server was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a wonderful experience.

You cannot go wrong at Rosebud!! Pasta alla Vodka is my favorite but anything is wonderful!!

Unfortunately, this wasn’t a good experience. We were a party of two, date night. A party of nine arrived immediately after we ordered and our server, no doubt busy, forgot we existed. They never returned to ask how the meal was (!). The food was fine. The wine I ordered, a glass of Nebbiolo, was beginning to brown and smelled a little off, but no one asked me how it was. I ordered a 30 year old Porto for dessert. The glass was filthy. Maybe just unfortunate timing, but we were not pleased.

Since I eat here a couple times a month, they know me and the service is great. Salmon flat bread is excellent as is salmon/bagel / cream cheese. Bartender makes great OldFashions.

We had a lovely dinner after the matinee in the theater district. All of the staff was kind and attentive. My daughter loved the view of the park. Food was very good.
