The Rose Park Bistro is located in Roseville popular The Fountain neighborhood. went there to celebrate a birthday and online reservation special occasion section typed in “birthday” Wife had the lobster bucatini which she thought was excellent. My paella was very good. Bread was for good for soaking up the sauces but you had to ask for it. Only real complaint was the no recognition of the special occasion A lady several tables away received a complementary dessert with a big candle, celebrating her occasion Price point good for value

Our new favorite restaurant and server. Maddy is so knowledgeable and the sweetest. My husband and I + our little twins love dining at Rose Park Bistro.

This is the second time we decided to go to this restaurant. Both times the table selections were just “ok”. The 2 person tables inside were entirely too small. We chose outside and felt forgot about. My husband had to go to the bar himself for a second drink and then argued with the bartender about serving sizes. I told them in our reservation that it was our 10 year Anniversary and they didn’t say a word and we were never offered dessert at all. Going out to dinner is expensive these days and just basic GOOD service is so hard to find. I don’t think we will be back. We have so few selections of good places to choose from in Roseville, so that’s disappointing.

I had a date with a lovely lady and decided to book here. It was the right choice. The place is really well decorated, upscale ambience and great food. My date really liked it ! Highly recommend for any special occasion.

Everything was delightful and the food was delicious. I ordered the lamb chops and they came perfectly cooked and it was a great appropriate portion size. Love this place!

The food was excellent, as always. The char-grilled artichoke heart is our favorite appetizer, and we spilt the mushroom risotto between four as a second appetizer. Two of us good the lobster bucatini (fabulous!), one the teriyaki skirt steak, and one the filet mignon. We shared one dessert, a bread pudding, very good. At the bar while waiting for our friends, I had a glass of red wine, and my husband had a Queen Bee, an innovative and delicious cocktail. Our friends brought a delicious bottle of wine, and we purchased a bottle of Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon. All in all, a delicious dinner and a fun evening!

I really liked my first experience at Rise Bistro. We took some clients there for dinner and the food and atmosphere was top notch. Lived the ricotta pistachio cake too. Delicious. Quiet room with was great for a business meeting. I’ll be back.

We absolutely love Rose Park and will go here for every one of our nice dinner dates! The staff is so excellent, and the food is amazing as well! We have tried nearly everything on the menu (food and cocktails!) and have truly enjoyed it all. You will love dining here!

Very disappointing experience. Calamari starter was chewy and practically inedible and our main courses all missed the mark. Food was quite flavorless across the board. We won’t be back.

We were seated and waited for 40 min until we were noticed by the server and overall super slow restaurant food was ok but the service was bad wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to friends we had a very bad experience!

Wonderful service that is only surpassed by the food. The "bubble bliss" cocktail needs to be seen in order to appreciate it, and it tastes great as well. The grilled artichoke hearts appetizer is amazing. All of it is completely edible and the nuance of flavors is worth discovering.

We went with another couple and we had a wonderful experience. The cocktails and the food were very good. I had the salmon entree and it was so good! The preparation was very tasty. We really enjoyed our waitress. She was very knowledgeable about the drinks and menu and provided recommendations. What was really nice was the fact that we could talk and hear each other! So many restaurants are way too loud. I would definitely recommend Rose Park Bistro if you haven’t been there yet.

Our server made the meal a delight. Two ladies at lunch and we shared a number of items on the appetizer menu, a glass of bubbly, and right on to dessert! Everything recommended by our server was just as described or better....beautifully presented and delicious variety of flavors. Pacing was just right, water glasses refilled without asking. We'll be back!

I went there for dinner a few months ago and it was wonderful. Went there for lunch recently and had a different experience. The food was ok, nothing to talk about. The service was horrible. There were six of us. The first plates came out for the first two people and then we waited and waited and waited. It was so bad another waiter finally came over to help us. The food was cold and nothing great. Very disappointed

My family and I had dinner last night at Rose Park Bistro for my husband's birthday. I chose this restaurant because I'd had a great experience the first time I'd dined there (I even posted a 5 star review on google). I'm only posting my comments in hopes that they improve their service. First of all, the music was extremely loud; could not hear each other when we were talking. Didn't experience this the other time I dined there mid-week (maybe the music is louder on a Friday night?) Also, the bar service was extremely slow (15 min. wait for our first round, second round ordered during our meal and didn't arrive until after we finished eating). And lastly, our waitress came to take our order and told us the soup of the day and the "special" (a crab dish). I ordered the "special". However, the waitress failed to mention that the special was an appetizer. So for my meal I was served 3 very small crostini with a tablespoon of crab on each. I didn't order an appetizer or salad, so that was it for dinner! I would've had to wait 15-20 minutes if I ordered more food and because we had an infant and toddler with us, I chose not to. I was extremely disappointed as I had looked forward to dining there all day. The rest of my family enjoyed their meal, but I was very disappointed.

Beautifully presented delicious food. Understated elegant decor. Our water glasses were kept full. Waitress wasn’t paying attention when it was time to order a second glass of wine. Other than that a lovely experience.

The restaurant is very beautiful. The decor and furnishings are all top notch. The food was good we had brunch there. The shashuka was very good as were the Brussels sprouts. With the food inflation at all restaurants the value proposition is actually good compared to other restaurants in the area. I highly recommend the place

This was our second time & it was just as good as the first time! Our food was delicious. We shared the baked shrimp appetizer, beet salad & teriyaki skirt steak, chocolate raspberry cake with seasalt caramel gelato. My drink was also delish, the cucumber gimlet? & hubby had 805 or two. Our waiter was attentive & on point, excellent service all around! We will be back again soon. So glad we have this in Roseville.❤️

Not all the staff is trained professionally . The was sweeping dust on me as I was trying to get into the restroom. Other small instances like this are making me give a lower rating but our server was great and the food was tasty

WOW. This Roseville restaurant is the sister of "Park and Howard" in Burlingame. Both are terrific eating establishments. Rose Park is a winner,... a wonderful if not spectacular place. I predict it will become a go-to spot for the greater Sacramento area. Suberb food, wonderful decor and facility, plus a warm & professional/attentive staff. We cannot wait to get back. A+++.

Both my wife and I had the keg of lamb, served with brussel sprouts and some kind of potato hash type side. While the presentation and quality of food were good, the preparation was as bland as food you would find in a nursing home. The lamb only has a bland salt flavor, the side hash literally had no flavor and the Brussels were plain boiled, just so disappointing. As they say, this place is all show and no go. Great service, wine selection and ambiance. I might come back for wine and apps, but not lunch or dinner, just boring!

I have eaten at this restaurant two times. Both times the food was amazing and the service was great. It is a little bit noisy as it is an open concept restaurant we will definitely keep going back.
