Rose Gose is a cultural restaurant project originating from Europe that has moved to introduce guests to a new culture, flavors, service and attention to each guest.
Our journey will be hard, as we speak different languages and grew up on different sides of the Ocean, and we have only seen New York and Texas from movies.
But we are here, we are ambitious, we want to work honestly and give you impressions that you will share with your family, friends and colleagues.
We have created a restaurant that immerses you in European culture. We have assembled a collection of more than 250 different wines and a unique cocktail list. The menu of Rose Gose restaurant represents modern European cuisine with some Asian influences. We love pairing our incredible food with the finest wine or amazing cocktails.
Our mission is not just to create a restaurant about food, but to create a cozy atmosphere and make every guest a little happier. Just trust us and we are sure to pleasantly surprise you.

Had a late dinner with my husband, the food was outstanding! The waiters were super friendly, drinks and food came fast and delicious. I will highly recommend this place to all my friends!

This is one of my favorite spots in town. Lovely service and the food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I went here for the first time on a date with my wife. I was pleasantly surprised by the food and drinks. She had the ribeye rice bowl, and I had the seafood pasta. Both were delicious. The staff was very friendly as well. I highly recommend coming here. We'll be back for sure.

There is a delay in their weekend lunch service at around 2:00pm when they switch menus. You only get a butter knife to cut meat in a round bowl. Portions are small, burgers do not come with fries. Chairs are weird, some sink so low you are nearly eye level with the table. Nothing is that special about the food. It was nearly empty around 2:00pm on a Sunday in Austin - huge red flag. Inconvenient location, this place will be out of business in less than two years.

Creative cocktail menu. Attentive service. Servings are small and attractively plated. We shared the chocolate dessert. It was delish.

Rose Gose is our most favorite place in town. Presentation, food quality, flavors, price and happy hour, people, selection of glassware and dinnerware are outstanding. Plenty of parking spaces. Good restrooms (non co-ed)👍🏼

It was one of the greatest experience in Austin. The quality of food so high, the server was nice and gave a lot of recomendations according to food and cocktails (highly recommend to try cocktails 6 and 13). Also I received a happy hours discount 25% on my food and 50!!!% on my cocktails- it was so pleasant.
