Rose Gose is a cultural restaurant project originating from Europe that has moved to introduce guests to a new culture, flavors, service and attention to each guest.
Our journey will be hard, as we speak different languages and grew up on different sides of the Ocean, and we have only seen New York and Texas from movies.
But we are here, we are ambitious, we want to work honestly and give you impressions that you will share with your family, friends and colleagues.
We have created a restaurant that immerses you in European culture. We have assembled a collection of more than 250 different wines and a unique cocktail list. The menu of Rose Gose restaurant represents modern European cuisine with some Asian influences. We love pairing our incredible food with the finest wine or amazing cocktails.
Our mission is not just to create a restaurant about food, but to create a cozy atmosphere and make every guest a little happier. Just trust us and we are sure to pleasantly surprise you.

My experience here was pretty unfortunate, I really hate leaving bad reviews, but when these types of expensive sub par fusion restaurants takes up space in the culinary landscape of ATX, I gotta leave a review. The food was decent, definitely a step above your average chain restaurant. Portions were small and every addition was an upcharge. Two people in our group ordered burgers, $4 more for fries on the side. We got a charcuterie for the table, it came with one slice of bread, and it was $1 per extra slice of bread… we were a table of 5. The service was poor, the server lacked knowledge of the menu and empathy. The biggest offense was 4/5 of us received our meals within a 5 minute interval, but the poor 5th member of our group waited an additional 25 minutes before their food was brought out. Not a single apology from the server or the management. Their excuse was “we just got so busy”… we were one of four tables with people, it was a very slow Wednesday night. After the second time we asked for an update on their order the server stopped coming by our table completely. Overall, this place is incredibly overpriced for mediocre food and dismal service. I love supporting local, but I wont support businesses that have no business being in business.

The food and service was amazing! Had the No. 7 cocktail which was great, wanted to try them all. Veronica (co-owner) took time out of her busy night to chat with us and give us the history of the Rosé Gosé. My husband loved being able to pick a bottle of wine off the shelf, which was very reasonably priced, as opposed to picking a bottle off a list. We will be back to enjoy this gem many more times and will bring our friends!

Great food, as always. Service is always wonderful. It's great to be able to sit and have a conversation with your table and hear what everyone has to say and they were full for inside seating.

Visiting in Austin as part of my family vacation. Went there for dinner with my wife and 3 year old. Good atmosphere. Amazing food. Delicious cocktails and excellent service. Probably the best place we’ve been to so far during our visit and I’d argue it’s better than some of the other “high end” places in Austin we’ve been to. 5/5

The people, food, and service is amazing. This is a gem that everyone should visit. All the rave reviews you read are for real. Brunch is awesome on weekends. Please go and support them.

This place is very nice if you are looking for somewhere to eat where you can hear each. I don't like noise. Waitress was very attentive and was able to point out some gluten free options. The 4 stars is me comparing to food all over the world. Way above average for Austin.
