The afternoon Pronto menu offers excellent choices, delicious food at reasonable prices. Flautas, empanadas, enchiladas...all yummy. Service is always great.

We’ve enjoyed the chain for years but particularly miss the First Ave location. Just felt different there. The food was fine, just not as good as we remembered. Quac made to order table side is very tasty. Place was busy, you’ll get good good. Just felt like some of the creativity is no longer there on the menu.

Day out in NYC. Late lunch. Drinks and food were good,shrimp tacos and fish tacos, black beans and rice were just ok. I didn’t care for BB flavor. Felt rushed by waitstaff, including clearing plates before we were finished, yet it wasn’t busy. Noise level was overwhelming. We couldn’t hear each other or the server due to a large party of 7 right next to us. Guess we should have asked to move…probably won’t return.

The place ok they put us in the basement and it’s dark and noisy it’s not like the Rosa Mexicano we know at the dolphin hotel in Orlando the restaurant and the smbie is wonderful nice and clean lots of light but thank you the food is good but we preferred Maya restaurant on 1st Ave

I am a semi-rehular here solely because of the food/drink quality/prices, but the service can be really poor some days. They're promoting Cinco De Mayo week but yesterday (Monday night) the service was abysmal.

I been going to Rosa Mexicano for many yrs at all locations in the city, I have to say this location on 2nd Ave was the worse managed I've ever experienced. It took like maybe 15 mins for a server to come by, if it wasn't for the bartender no one would of taken our order,great. We order margarita, fresh guacamole and two entrees. The appetizer came before the guacamole, then the appetizer of flautas was 2 cut into 4 disappointing. The guac came almost close to the entrees.. I have to say the quality of food is still very, very good that I have to say was very good. But the service was just awful, they are totally understaffed, they need help and hire more service staff. Made mgr aware of situation she did apologized and asked to give them another chance. I just feel that they just understaffed & someone needs to step up to the matter. I will continue to visit other locations which I been quite satisfied with, will I go here again? Not sure...hope everyone will have a better experience than what I had. Food is great!
