Food was really good. I wish the chopped salad was more chopped up. I added the chicken and it’s the same chicken for the tacos so those are probably good. My mom got the Tempura Shrimp Tacos and said they were really good, chili sauce on the side. Recommend you save room for the churros for desert, so good! Only issue was parking. I recommend you either Uber or be staying close by so you can walk there. Almost had to call the restaurant to cancel the reservation as there was no parking. Cars were parking on the sides of the parking lot. Finally found a spot and it was very small and I’m driving a very compact car.

OpenTable, the experience wasn’t really that good because of the food quality. The weight staff was incredible though very very kind very very prompt and did take care of things when we had an issue with the food.

I have dined here a number of times and was never disappointed with anything until last night. We ordered Rosa’s Crispy Crackling Pork Chop for Two. We were not given dinner plates or steak knives which we needed because pork chop was tough. Otherwise the rest of dish was good especially the potatoes.

Good frozen margarita, margaritas on the rocks were too acidic and not well balanced. Tableside guacamole was absolutely delicious and well seasoned. It was by far the tastiest part of the entire meal. We were seated next to large table with many little kids that were allowed to run through the restaurant screaming during the whole meal. It was off putting, but I attribute that more to bad parenting than the restaurant.

The staff was friendly and professional! The decor was beautiful. The guacamole was delicious and fresh. My meal was average-chicken enchiladas, but my daughter’s salmon was delish.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere, culture and cuisine. Super tasty loved every bite. the staff was super friendly, fun, and welcoming felt like I was at home or part of their family thank you so much for hosting us. If I’m in Florida again I’ll gladly be back…. For those thinking about it don’t think do you won’t regret it :)

The location was gorgeous, our dinner was delicious, and Jordan the server was AMAZING, he made us feel very welcomed! We had a great time celebrating a very special family event.

Our second time dinning during our stay. The guac with bacon is what brought us back. Quin our server greeted us by name on our second trip, which was impressive with the amount of people he serves. Being in the food and bev industry I was thoroughly impressed with drinks, food and service. All top notch.

My family and I have nothing but amazing things to say about Rosa Mexicano in the Dolphin hotel. The food is delicious. We have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner here and every meal was incredible. And the service is outstanding. The waiters and waitresses really go out of their way to make your meal as enjoyable as possible. We have celiac and they are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Highly recommend and we will be back again in July!

Terrific guacamole made table side. Highlight of the evening! Both servers were very good though front desk staff was borderline surly. Cocktails were good. Entrees were good but quite expensive Noise level with children near by was painful

Greeters and wait staff were knowledgable and friendly, and the restaurant was lovely. A cut above the typical hotel or Mexican restaurant, not to mention that the food and service were outstanding!

I went when they opened and food was good but service was awful. It deterred me till this week to try again and food and drinks were great but service still bad. It wasn’t full so can’t even say they were busy but not attentive at all.

This restaurant is one of our “go to” establishments every time we visit WDW. There used to be a Rosa Mexicano in Atlanta and we miss it. The service here is awesome! The food is delicious! We have dietary needs and they always accommodate! Always get: frozen pomegranate Margarita; tuna tacos; table-side guacamole! Just do it!

Jordan was a phenomenal server. He made us so excited about the food from the moment we sat down. His energy was upbeat and contagious. Our second server who was helping was Dustin, who was equally amazing. Both were so knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations and were speedy and on the ball from the start of the meal to finish. The drinks were 5 star across the board. I had their famous pomegranate margarita and a coconut mojito. My husband and other family members shared a pitcher of classic margaritas and they were all absolutely delicious. For appetizers we had guacamole (made table side) with their grilled pineapple pico de gallo on top (perfection!) black bean & cheese empanadas, chicken flautas and chicken tortilla soup. Ten out of ten. All ingredients were so fresh and the presentation was beautiful. I would recommend any of the above and you will not be disappointed. For dinner I got their Birria Quesatacos Tacos and my husband got their beef brisket enchiladas with a side of Sweet Corn Esquites and Mexican rice & beans. The quesatacos were heavenly. The birria was cooked to perfection, so tender and juicy it literally melts in your mouth. They soak the tortillas in the Consommé Dip and then grill them to perfection. It tastes like heaven. The enchiladas were equally delicious, so flavorful and easily tied with the tacos. For dessert we had their churros which came with a raspberry sauce and chocolate sauce for dipping. 10 out of 10. They tasted so authentic and were served warm. Overall, it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in the Orlando area. We come every year, multiple times a year and we dine out every single night. I can say this restaurant is now at the top of our list and we will 100% be back in the future and are looking forward to our next dining experience. One last side note..the girls at the front check in desk were SO nice and kind upon arrival and check in. 5 star experience. 100% recommend!

Loud like a Boeing at the start, no Chance to speak with anyone at our table. Service was fine, Food also. But it was much to loud and to many tables in.
