We celebrated our anniversary at Rosa Mexicano! We were seated right away for our reservation and immediately given water and chips and salsa. The salsa was great! I really enjoyed the pomegranate Margarita. We weren’t wow-ed by the food, but it was pretty good. We had the black bean and cheese empanadas, tempura shrimp tacos, and duck tacos. Our favorite was the duck tacos, for sure! Our server was attentive and surprised us with churros at the end of our meal for our anniversary. I wish I remembered his name so we could thank him again! Overall, we would dine here again, but would try different entrees next time.

Our server Jeff was great! Made our experience a great one! Food was good, a bit of a wait but nothing too drastic. Jeff made sure we were updated on status and very good attention from beginning end. Positive energy and great customer service. I recommend!

Esteban was our main server and he was excellent. The kitchen can be a little uneven on timing. Our entrees took quite a while longer than world normally be expected. But the food is very good and servings are large. Cocktails are also very well done and come quickly. Atmosphere is a little louder then I'd like. Overall this is a great addition to the resort.

Our server was great and provided excellent service. The food was good but took a long time to come out. It could have just been a busy Friday late night. Overall, would recommend, especially if you have a late-night flight arrival like we did.

So we have frequently dined here and really enjoy the food and typically the servers are very good. It’s the front of house management that is such a detractor that we probably won’t visit often anymore. Even if they can seat you, they won’t until your reservation time or a little after it. You can watch them stand and wait for no quantifiable reason. They seat people on top of each other or immediately near their service stations even when the restaurant is empty so that staff is constantly in and out from behind your table. Their seating and table management ruins the dining experience.

Food very good and service from Jeff excellent. It was our third time here and we will be back. FYI the restaurant reimburses for parking.

The classic Mexican food was devoid of taste. Extremely bland! The waiter was terrible. Just walking around and not really doing anything. Asked him for a lime and never got it! Asked someone else and got it quickly. We definitely won't return! Too many other good restaurants around!

Guacamole was delicious. Entrees mediocre. Drinks missed the mark. Also, some signage in the lobby would be helpful for directions to restaurant.
