Great atmosphere but if dinner is what you’re after I wouldn’t choose this place first. Good for drinks and atmosphere though!

Rooftop was closed. Booked a reservation and no one told us that the rooftop is closed. We had to settle for inside which was nice but not what we reserved. For a nice day, dissapointing.

reserved a table in high top seating but was put in the back where there wasn’t even a view. our section didn’t have any outdoor heaters and since we were put in the shade it got quite cold. also they don’t tell you that if there is anyone under the age of 19 you’ll be put in the kids section, which i don’t think they actually put us in but maybe they should have cause we would have had heat. there was one server running the entire section and she seemed very obviously overwhelmed, not her fault at all. i had asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich but they were in there anyway, didn’t complain just kind of annoying. overall probably won’t go back, nothing too special but at least the drinks were good.

The venue is awesome, however the afternoon I hosted my group we felt our server lacked enough training or experience. The collective opinion was the food was so so and we were left waiting 30 minutes for drinks and over an hour for our food order so it's not all on the servers shoulders. Bills were almost all incorrect as well. That being said we will return as it may have been an off day.

Everything was awful. I organized an after-work social and they completely ignored us. Food and service was awful. Won't be going back.

We had a great time despite the fact that the service was quite poor. The server was often nowhere to be found. We we to wait a long time before our drinks arrived, and multiple times the wrong food and drinks arrived. Lovely patio, nonetheless with heat lamps for the evening.

We had two separate reservations for 10 people, and they allowed us to move them together. We ended up with 22 people, and they were very accommodating. The service was great!

We loved everything except for the food. The BBQ sampler was extreemly bland and would have been improved by an actual grill/bbq.

Can easily accommodate a larger group. Plenty of happy hour items to chose from and prices very good. $4 for large glass of red wine and $5 for delicious chicken quesadillas.

The experience was disappointing to say the least. We waited at the bar for 10 mins for a drink and asked the bartender twice for one. It was loud and the view we had hoped for was obstructed by the fence and the low placement of the structure on the roof. We were the only ones at the bar and left after being ignored for the third time. There are so many great places to eat in Victoria. We went and had a great evening at Ferris’ upstairs oyster bar and enjoyed the evening.

Great venue, don't order the food. Good place for happy hour with friends, and some sun time. Whatever they serve on the plates isn't considered food or edible whatsoever.

We had a total of 17 people in our section. The waitress was very good at providing more tables and chairs for our group. Also, provided an umbrella for our table. The service could have been a bit quicker for bring our food and drinks. Overall the evening was a great success. Would definately return for another visit

The service was very good, polite and not overbearing. The food was fresh but lack originality. Overall a good pub place. I used the reservation on line which worked like a charm but because it wasn't very busy, the host didn't refer to the sheet and therefore missed the fact that I requested regular seating (as opposed to stools). It all worked out in the end because it wasn't busy, but I'm not convinced there was a table reserved for us with our specifications.

i can not believe that open table let us book a closed restaurant. i would have thought that if a place closes for the season it would be noted when we booked. if we had not called to confirm our reservation we would have showed up to a closed restaurant. be-wary of future dealing with open table!

We went for a special event called the Sauced Seafood Boil. The portion of food was pretty good for the price. The food was tasty and well cooked. The service was friendly. The jug of bellini's was ok. We found it to be too sweet. Overall this was a good experience and we would go again.

Reservations through Open Table was easy. I brought family from Saskatchewan to this unique roof top restaurant. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was good and nobody walked away hungry. There was a small glimpse of the ocean from our table, however the window surround was dirty/scratched and the decor was flaking off which made looking out unappealing and a disappointment. There is plenty of shady areas to sit on a sunny day as well. We enjoyed our dining experience.

The servcie progressed into exceptional. It was my bday and we were a group of ten. Very happy overall. Little dissapointed in the menu options. It was frustrating for my friends who enjoy either fries or ceaser salad with their burger and neither options were available. Awesome hot-spot and would recommend to groups or friends :) Go early!!! line up bound to happen.
