Been to the rooftop a few times, and consistently had terrible service. To start off with the positives. The food was decent, and the ambience and the drinks were amazing! The bartender does a great job of mixing and the music and atmosphere is upbeat. Now to get to the negatives, the service is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. We had reservations but were told that if we wanted a table we’d need to order food (not just drinks) which we were planning to do. The place was quite empty and there were more staff than customers. Once we were seated, it took them over 20 minutes before anyone came over to take our order, but the food and drinks arrived quickly and well prepared. That was the last time we saw our server for the next 30 minutes. When we asked for the bill, it was brought over right away but then we had to wait another 20 minutes, as they all said they couldn’t process our bill without our server. We could see all the staff standing around talking, but nobody wanted to actually do any work, except the bartenders and cooks in the back. The service really put us off, that we likely won’t go back.

The service isn’t that good , the place is beautiful within itself the views is amazing and drinks are good . The silverware was dirty as expected so I got plastic , food is okay and pricy . I got salmon , fries , burger and Mac and cheese and spent $135. I would go for the pictures .

It’s all about the view. Service was good. Food wasn’t even decent. Drinks were mediocre at best

The cocktails & ambiance is the only reason I offer 2 stars. The service 0/10, drinks 7/10 very long wait time for refills with the possibility of the server forgetting. We were a party of 7; the food came out separately over the course of an hour so no one at the table had a completed meal. Please don’t come here hungry…

Waited 30 minutes just for water. Then another 30 just for a beer. Decided to leave so i asked for the check. 20 minutes later i just threw a 20 on the table and walked out. It was insane and it wasnt even busy. Plenty of other places downtown with a view. Dont waste your time here.
