We arrived a few minutes early and were seated right away. When making the reservation there was a question regarding the reason for the dinner reservation. I put "anniversary" as it was my partner and I's 8th anniversary. There was never a mention of "Happy Anniversary" from anyone on the staff and in fact it was almost as though no one wanted to mention it. Not sure if this was an isolated incident or perhaps the staff was not comfortable wishing such an event to a same-sex couple. Just wish that since an inquiry as to a special occasion was being asked and answered it would only seem fitting that it was to enlighten the host/hostess and staff of the event and it would have at the least been acknowledged. None the less the food and service was nice.

Disappointed to discover as we arrived that our gift cards are no longer honored. We decided to stay and dine anyway. The food was good, our server excellent.

Waiter dissapeared for 20 minutes after we got drinks and we could see him on his cell phone messaging people. food was good but took a long time to get it. Also had a reservation at 7:15 and got sat at 7:30 are entire party was there. Not busy only 1 other table had people. It was a special occasion (Birthday) and nothing special happened .

The server was fantastic. I thought it would be funny to order the trioand tell them I only wanted lasagna. The trio comes with fettuccine Alfredo chicken, Parmesan and lasagna. I told them I wanted the trio, but didn’t want the fettuccine or the chicken Parmesan. So I asked them if they would substitute the chicken Parmesan and fettuccine Alfredo for two more lasagnas. I was surprised when the server said he would go ask his manager. His manager came out with him and they told me that they could give me two big pieces of lasagna, but I would have to pay for the third if I wanted one more. I told them two pieces of lasagna would be great. So they brought them out and the lasagna is so big I can only eat one piece. Even though my original order was a joke, they still went out of their way to accommodate it. That is outstanding service.

Food was incredible, the value was amazing, didn’t have truffle fries when we got there unfortunately. Service, while nice, I think was a little slow, though understandable due to the holiday. Will definitely be coming back.

Had reservations but didn’t get seated until 30 minutes later. Server started out good but kind of disappeared once we got our food. Food quality and taste was OK but not worth what I paid.. Got a steak that was a l tough and the smallest scoop of potatoes I’ve seen at a restaurant. Bought a 3 course dinner package that including dessert by the time the server showed up after done eating (roughly sat for 25 minutes) the dessert was all sold out, even though I ordered it when we sat down at the beginning. Won’t go back.

We waited over an hour for our food once we finally got drinks and an appetizer (wasn’t busy) The food came out very bland (like zero seasoning) and cold. Server tried to be super nice but the service was just off putting. I blame the managing staff.

They had a great prix fixe menu for Valentine's Day with an appetizer, two entrees, and a shared dessert for a very good price. It was delicious, and the service was excellent. We need to go to Macaroni Grill more often. It was great!

Valentines Day Dinner. We liked the dinner package/menu provided with the appetizer, main course and dessert. Granted, and to be fair it was a busy atmosphere. We were seated quickly with our reservation and subsequently waited 35 minutes to place our order. Our server seemed a bit aloof, and we were served our main course after about 50+ minutes. Unfortunately our appetizer came out AFTER our main course, with several reminders. The main courses were delicious, as usual, and the chocolate cake was yummy. As a side note, my wife and I both noted and observed that the restrooms were not clean, nor sanitary. We love eating at Romano's, but feel that the overall experience has decline in the last 6-8 months.

Pretty sure our waiter was high. He brought the wrong bill. Took 25 min to finally get the right bill and then he lost our credit card. We had to get the manager to get him to find it and bring it back. Our food was good but cold. The lady back by the kitchen area directing food was yelling the entire time. The whole restaurant could hear whose order was ready. Not a relaxing dinner at all. Very disappointed in the whole situation.

It was good food and a little noisy. I asked 5 times for balsamic vinegar and never got it at the table. Why can’t the put olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the table?

Food was good, but we waited an extremely long time for our food, and all of our tables’ food finally came out, except for mine. By the time I got my food everyone else was done eating.

I remember the days when Macaroni Grill first came to town. The music matched the atmosphere. Servers wrote their names -upside down- on your table in crayon. Bread was hot and food was tasty. None of that is true anymore.

We were seated close to where the food was plated and handed off to servers. There was a female manager (I’m assuming manager-no uniform, no name tag) who unknowingly completely ruined our entire dinner. She was taking plates from the cooks to hand to the servers. It was 4pm and very quiet. She coughed several times into her hands. She rubbed her nose pretty heavily also. She kept putting her hands in her pants pockets. She also pulled her phone out of her pocket, texted, then put it back in her pocket. Then, without a thought she continued to take plates from the cooks with these filthy hands and hand them off to servers. At one point I watched her walk to the bathroom, go straight back to where she was before and continue taking plates and handing them to servers. I know what the food handlers permit requires. She absolutely should have walked out of that bathroom and washed her hands somewhere in the kitchen before returning to where she was, touching every patrons plate. It was disgusting. Macaroni Grill should be embarrassed. Our server was wonderful and the food was good, although we didn’t eat much after watching everything happen.

Kitchen manager heard yelling at both staff and customers-understand busy holiday meal, but she was loudest person at establishment. Had a reservation and wasn’t sat for 30 minutes reservation time and the told by server that food orders placed would take more than an hour to be served. Didn’t feel that reservations meant anything. Restaurant was definitely overwhelmed, so left and checked one table at that time and saw that they still had Leanne Olen for reservations that night-should turn that and take out orders off. Felt bad for staff.

It took over an hour and a half to get our food. Yes it was Christmas Day evening but last year 2022 we had dinner there also on Christmas Day evening and it didn’t take that long. Our waiter was just par. We heard the very nice waiter behind us at another table always apologizing and offering free food-appetizers, salads, desserts etc. Was very disappointed this year. We won’t be returning.

We decided a few days before Christmas to go out to dinner on Christmas night. I was so excited that Macaroni Grill was open and wasn't sure what to expect with crowds etc. We walked in a few minutes before our reservation and we were immediately seated and the service was fantastic and we were just so glad we decided to do this dinner and it will probably become our new tradition. The food was fantastic

This is the second time we have chosen Macaroni Grill as the place to enjoy a holiday meal. Even though we showed up with 11 instead of the 10 people, the hostess was awesome and adapted the seating to accommodate all. As always, the food was delicious - that is a given. But I have to say, our waitress was the best ever. She was personable, knowledgeable and attentive. All of our group really adored her. I believe her name is Courtney (but could be wrong on that!). I do know that her name began with a "C". We will definitely choose Macaroni Grill again.
